Just received this and upon my first time trying it on - I am so pleased! I'm 7weeks post partum (currently size 8/10 in bottoms and 150lbs) and it has been SO difficult to find shapewear that will cater to my petite frame / short torso. Most shapewear underwear comes up way too high for it to be effective and instead it rolls down. Then shapewear tanks do the opposite where it starts rolling up. I've bought full body shapewears like this before but they did not have nearly the support this one does. PROS: This was so easy to slip on and I love the hook AND zipper feature. I also love the removable straps so you can essentially go strapless or cross-cross in the back to hide under racer-back tops. CONS: There is a slit/open crouch area where I'd actually prefer a hook/snap closure instead BUT I'll take it because it's been impossible for me to find shapewear that works for me. I initially ordered the nude one and will be ordering the black one soon!

I bought this after realizing that I am too short-waisted to wear the standard Waist Trainer. This is so much more comfortable! Sizing can be tricky, though. I have a 28-29 waist and ordered the Medium, as per my measurements...and can already wear it on the smallest hook setting. So I've ordered a Small to see if that will give me more options to reduce.

It's tight for sure, I sized one size up. I contemplated getting another size up but it was helping me eat less so I decided to keep the size I got. Not for the faint of heart or those new to shapewhere. However it is hands down the best shapewear I've ever bought! It has everything I wanted, thing made my butt look good, the straps help secure it so it's not rolling down, the fabric on the side of the chest doesn't make my chest look awkward. I have 3 babes under 5 and a lot of saggy skin. I had a baby 7 weeks ago so I still have a tummy and when I wear this my tummy is flat and I look incredible! I just wish it was 2-3 inches longer. I have a short torso at is it, and it goes about 3 inches under my bust. If it was a bit longer it would be absolutely perfect. It's the best I've found so far, especially for the price. If you want comfortable, everyday wear, I'd recommend 2-3 sizes up. The one size up that I have is definitely more for going out on a hot date. It's not that comfortable but I look great!

Great waist trainer for beginners. I love it and wear it every day for a few hours at least and so far have noticed a small change even without restricting my diet. It does limit your mobility a tad, but seems to help with my posture.

I read some of the other reviews and went up a size, I'm normally a size XL, got the 2XL, and it fit just right. After a few times with it on, it is getting easier to put on and hopefully will be moving in to the next set of hooks soon. It is making me maintain a better posture, well as helping my abdiminal section. Hopefully will continue to have good results as I continue to wear it.

I am 5' 2 , purchased the small and received today...At first thought it was to small because snapped in first hook and did not close enough to zip, but snapped in last hook and was able to zip with no problem... Love, Love and Love... I have tried several waist trainer and I must say I really like this one. It supports back and very comfortable... Hope this post help someone...

Been using this slimmer for 2 months and I already need to order a large. I ordered up and got an XL and it fit perfectly across my back and stomach. It stays in place and doesn't rise up or down. I have a few girls ask me where I ordered it! I'm about 5'6 and 190 and it fit perfectly!

Per some reviews, I went a size down than I would have usually gotten. It is okay in the size purchased, but I would have to advise to get the size you believe you would usually need. I labeled this fit as expected as the fit is appropriate for the size ordered. Error was on my part, not the companies. This did stay on all night through a 4 hour formal 'boat event' out on the water, followed by a few hours out dancing. Impressed with the stay power, comfort, and durability!
