Love love love this product. I got it cause a friend told me it helps with back pain! It does. But I love it because it's hard to get into but once it's on I stand up straight and it helps relieve the back I get when I drive. It's strong and has held up well. When it's that time of the month I out it on and it helps worth bloating too. I love it!

I am about 5'6 153lb. Natural waist 33, at belly button 39. I initially went with an XL based on the chart and reviews. It fit pretty well on the tightest setting but was too loose at the top. I returned it and ordered a L. Fits perfectly! I have room to tighten if I lose weight. I find it oddly satisfying wearing it. It improves posture. I have an 8-5 sit down job and do find it a bit uncomfortable while sitting, but I think I will get used to that. This one is noticeable under summer clothing, but there are 25 steel bones, so...... I absolutely love this!

I got mine yesterday. I wear large in regular clothing, weigh 206lbs and 5 8 so I bought an X-Large. I was worried that I bought it too big because I was thinking if I'm getting a corset I should get a smaller size. But when I read the reviews, most folks recommended getting a size bigger or two. When I tried it on the first time, I did the hooks at the 2nd row and I breathed fine. The 2nd time I put it on I did the hooks at the last row (tightest). Keeps me upright but its not uncomfortable at all. In my opinion, I should have gotten a Large instead. I guess it depends on your body type. I will definitely buy again when I feel like this one got slack especially at this price!

I absolutley LOVE this waist trainer! I should have gotten one size up from the Medium that I purchased but after 10 minutes of sucking in and maneuvering I managed to close this one up on the biggest set of hooks. I am 5'2 weigh 150lbs and have a short torso AND short legs and this was very comfortable. Many others are just way too long on me. Great purchase and amazing price!

I purchased one for myself, then after receiving it, purchased another for my Mom. We love it! Take measurements of yourself, use the sizing chart and you will get the product you're expecting and a great fit. Don't go based on your clothing size.

These really work!! Of course with the right diet, I rarely do anything other than ab exercises and this has still been working GREAT for me!! I got a size medium on the 24th, (started out with a waist of 30 inches) and I already had to size down to a small. I got my small waist trainer on Monday, and I'm already on the third hook! I'm not sure if it's just my body but i keep sizing down so quickly. It's not the most convenient financially, but it's worth it! I definitely recommend!!

I initially wrote a poor review but I am updating it now because I realized I wasnt wearing it up high enough so it wasnt fitting me but now that I have got it sitting in the right spot, it fits quite well. The material is really nice and the item is actually quite comfortable. An added bonus would be that it has me sitting and standing up quite straight and it feels really good. I got this as a means to tone up my tummy area after having a baby and after wearing it for about 5 hours at a time for a week straight, I actually am starting to notice my belly looking a bit trimmer and when I go to put it on, its not as tight as it was at first, so I think I may be able to switch to the next row of hooks pretty soon. All in all I am happy with my purchase and I would buy it again.
