My review is based on fit and comfort so far as it will take a few weeks to see true changes. I will say the reviews on size were all over the place. I went one size above my true size and it was a bit too small. I was able to exchange it easily for another size (I went one size below what the chart recommends) and it's a perfect fit. It's easier to put on of you lay flat and hook it in the center and then do the rest.I was impressed by how thick this is - almost like a neoprene, the boning in comfortable and stays put. I've worn it often and it doesn't roll which is very important to me. It's sturdy and comfortable. I'm already able to hook the ground second row!

I loved the affect this petticoat had on my 50’s style dress. It was so comfortable I could’ve worn it all day. The waist/upper, satiny part of the skirt was a good thinness and didn’t make my dress anymore uncomfortably fitted around my middle as it already was.

Im not new to waist training and got a size small. I'm 5 feet and in the upper 130s. I carry most of my weight in my thighs and boobs if that helps anyone figure out what size to get. I got a small only because i know my body and what it can handle I would have gotten a medium if i was new to this.that being said this fits great! i'm on the tightest hooks and it's comfortable. the quality is amazing but not quite on par with the pricier garments from Columbia but i can tell the quality is enough to give results!i plan to measure daily and go to a size extra small soon as i drop some inches in this one!

These are 110% worth the investment. They are made of great material, the boning is sturdy, the stitching is great quality, and the clasps are good. You can change out the back lacing if you would like. I have back pain, and when I wear this I have so much relief from the pain. The fit is to be expected (5'7 135lb) and I got a S. 10/10.

I love this waist trainer more than any other I’ve used.. the one with zipper. Used postpartum after both kids and i am ordering the next size down because I’m on the last latch and it zips easy now. I have lost a lot of weight (Eating right and exercising as well of course) but I feel like this has helped my abs heal so much faster and I don’t feel unstable. It also helped me fit into a bridesmaid dress only being 6 weeks postpartum in a dress I bought before pregnancy.Tip: lay down to zip it do you don’t get your skin caught, especially postpartum or if you have loose skin in belly area!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. When your first open it, it will take some muscle to put it on but every time afterwards has been a breeze! It helps me sit up straight and makes my chest sit up more too! Very flexible and comfortable material. I left the tag on to help me zip it up the first time.

okay this thing sucks you in!. I purchased the thong one so i did not have to fit my thighs in it. I normally wear a XL and thats what I bought. If you want good compression and your fat sucked in it has to be tight. If you dont want so tight size up.
