I ordered a small Im 5'5 wear a 5/6 130 lbs. I should have ordered a medium but wanted a small since I'm used to buying a small at walmart. I love that it makes everything tight and I have a small muffin top. It sucks everything in the material is very tight and doesnt strech. If you have wide hips I would measure to make sure it fits good. I had problems putting it on but after I put it on it fit perfect

I really do like this waist trainer. On first wear, it was pretty tight. Afterwards, you could tell it loosened a little, but was still doing the job. It's breathable and is comfortable. The only time it has been uncomfortable is when I wear it for more than 8 hours. I can work out in it, or just lay around. I think once I lose more weight I will be purchasing another one in a smaller size.

It's perfect! Just what I needed for my Christmas dress. The waistband is comfortable and stretchy so I can wear it high or low on my hips/waist depending on how long I want the petticoat to stick out from under my dress. I am between a size 14/16 and the XL was perfect.

I would highly recommend this too anyone who wears the 50's style dresses to pick these up, they make a big difference in the look of the dress. I ordered an XL which is the largest they had. I usually wear a 1-X-2-X so I figured it d be a bit snug but it fit great

I'm not a big girl. I'd say average. 5'5, 150 pounds. So when the size chart suggested I get an XL, I'll admit I was a bit offended. But I ordered it anyway, and when it came in it fit like a glove. There are three hook settings, kind of like a bra, and they hold tight, even when you slouch or bend in odd ways. I can wear it comfortably for about 5ish hours, but driving can be a bit uncomfortable on the boobs. My best suggestion would be to wear a real bra (no bralettes or sports bras) with an underwire, because you can kind of pull the bra overtop of the waist trainer and stop it from squishing your boobs uncomfortably. The results are incredible, though, and I would suggest it to loads of people. I'm not necessarily training my waist, I just like how together it keeps everything under tighter shirts and dresses, and I wear it as a spanx for my midsection. But afterwards I can definitely see a difference. The material is really nice, and quality-wise I don't think you could buy a better product.
