    I’m 5’4 and 150 lbs and I wear usually a size 7-9 in jeans. I bought the large based on reviews and it’s kinda hard to get on but nothing too crazy. Although it does bunch up in the back for me and creates a back roll that I didn’t have before. which I think that means there’s too much extra fabric? So I’m gonna buy the medium and see if it’s better. Other than that it is very comfortable and works like a charm for the belly pouch.

    I am 5’6 and 150 lb and got the medium. It is pretty hard to get on but once you get it on it’s very comfortable and slims everything down. I was scared thinking the back fat would show but no. I think I might get a small soon because while it does slim Me down But i do want an even more slim look. It looks great under dresses and tight clothing. You cannot tell you’re wearing it.

    My favorite waist trimmer so far. It fits perfect. I got a 2XLand I'm on the first clippy thingy lol...it covers my whole belly. I could have pulled it up more and it would still cover the whole belly. I'm 5'9 238lbs. It's pretty sturdy to. Get it Girlll !

    These product is so comfortable I sometimes forget I have it on. I started with a medium I used it for my postpartum and my tummy went back to normal. I started at the biggest size and worked my down in just one week. I then purchased a size small and I’m currently on the middle because I didn’t use it for sometime. But I defiantly recomendable this product whether it be for a waist trainer or postpartum or whatever it is very very comfortable

    This binder is amazing. I bought it as something to wear post tummy tuck to keep everything pulled together while it heals. I wear this one while I sleep because it stays in place. It’s a bit on the smaller side so if you’re in between sizes, size up.
