This was the first time ever wearing a body shaper. These worked like magic! It bumped me down a size, that's how strong this is. I wore this under a bodysuit and it was completely invisible. It did take a little bit of getting use to because again my first time wearing one. Totally worth the price, actually it was a steal for this price.

Just got The Beige color( 25 steel boned) size xs in the mail. Just put it on it is tight on the first setting, I can't wait to see progress. This waist trainer is wonderfully constructed. Really feels like it sucks you in. Loving it so far. Great quality. I like the color as well, if i had one complaint it would be i wish there was a little more length, I am 5'9 , but its honestly not that big of a deal. Covers my main concern areas.

I am 5'5 and 145lbs. This fit perfect on the first hook. I got this a month and a half ago I believe, and am already on the last hooks. I will need to buy another one, but this one definitly got me smaller! I look really great with it on AND off after having the progress made. It also helped motivate me to eat a little cleaner and to workout more! I have not exercised with it on however. Super breatheable and comfortable as well! Pictures that are included are of me on the last hooks. Feeling great and looking even better!

Got this for a friend she's about 5'9 got an extra large to be sure. She said it was roomy and comfy and she loved it. I think it's amazing for the price. It ends at the ankles, I thought maybe it was a footie so just a heads up :)
