  The overall fit is better than other brands I've tried. Tight in the stomach and very smoothing, holds everything firmly. The firmness gives me some extra back support. No unwanted fat bulging over the top of my pants. I wear it over my tights. I like the way the thong Separates and gives me a awesome look. I do wish that the hook and loop crotch was more comfortable. It not a game changer by any mean and only requires a readjustment every couple of hours.

  Okay so I’m a medium and this HAS to be the best shapewear I’ve ever bought AND it’s from Amazon?! I’m impressed.If you want/need compression…THIS is the shape wear you needa buy.It’s very discreet and completely undetectable under your clothes.Literally under anything! Let alone…it’s extremely affordable!

  I have order so many tummy control and none have worked and people still ask me if I’m pregnant even with the tummy control, but my friend told me about this waist trainer and my gosh it works. It sucks my belly in all day. I have bought two now. I have the short torso and the long torso. I highly recommend!!!!

  I've bought a couple of these in the past both for myself and others that had like mines when I showed it to them....so I've moved down to a medium now and I must say that they've upgraded these waist trainers, they added and extra layer of material where you would connect the hooks together and that is a win win for me because I'd usually have problems getting pinched by the zipper when putting on and removing the waist trainer but not any more baby! I've also noticed that the zipper was also a little bigger and provided a much better grip.

  I’ve had it for years and the only reason I’m getting another one is simply because I want another one. It did a fantastic job and lasted as expected. It helped me meet my goals and I’d definitely recommend. I think it’s priced fairly and if you are serious, it can help.
