This item is snug but comfortable and it is made well. It pulls you right on in. I think it fits true to size. I am a medium. I thought about going down a size because you want it to be fitted, but I dont know that I could have zipped up a size small. I like the adjustable hooks in the inside and the zipper just gives it that extra fitted element. I am on hook #2 so if this does help me shrink I may just order a small next. We shall see.

I really love this. I’m 5’10 190. Most of the weight I carry is in the front of my stomach. This product did a really good job at flattening that. It kind of went into the rolls in my sides but I don’t think that is avoidable with my body. Also I’ve always had the side bra fat issue and this didn’t really help with that but I’m so pleased with how it flattened my stomach that the flaws don’t matter. Seems to be really well made.

I had purchased a similar waist trainer from another buyer but couldn't find another that was exactly the same until I found this one. I love it. It absolutely does not roll up like many do. Its a little hard to get it on the first time but gets easier from there. Its super comfortable. I wear it 8+ hours a day. Honestly I'll be putting an order for another one soon. I purchased the Breathable Latex Trainer not the one with 25 steel.

I am 5’7, 175 lbs. I am also 7 hours postpartum. My husband has always talked about how naturally small my waist and back are. After giving birth I took a hot hospital shower, lotioned up, and put on the XL faja. It is PERFECT. Great material, super soft and smooth, perfect fit without being too tight bc I am still bleeding heavily. I have no fear about wearing this directly after labor. I had an epidural and it’s supporting my spine. I also bought a smaller size for future use. 10000% recommend unpaid review.
