Im 5'6 weighing 163lbs and I usually wear a medium in shirts so I got the medium size in the 25 steel Boned version. I got this solely for my BELLY because I eat too much junk food and it bloats me.... It fit perfectly and after wearing it once, I can already go down to the second row. In the photo the seller provided, it shows an hourglass shape, but it made me look super boxy so I just wear loose fitting clothes to hide the box look

GREAT QUALITY!! I was very surprised because it was so cheap in price. It was a little too big; I followed the other reviews and ordered a size up, and it was actually a perfect fit but on the very tightest notches... I plan on losing so I want to avoid having to buy another one in a month, so I got returned it for a large today. I wear a size 28 in jeans (5/6). I recommend this product!

I'm 5' 6 , 120 lbs, and my waist is around 26.5 . I don't have a huge stomach, but just a bit of belly fat that I wanna hide. This tucks it in perfectly, and cinches my waist in nicely! It's a little tight, but it's supposed to be. (I ordered the beige one in size XS, for the record.)

I love this waist trainer. I was a little torn on whether to get a medium or small. My bust is 35, waist around 23 I believe and hips around 35 as well. Amazon size chart said medium and lover-beauty's said small. I wanted it to be snug but not too tight, so I went with the medium. I can get it all the way down to the smallest settings and it's still comfortable, I could POSSIBLY get into the largest setting of a small but I'm going to stick with the medium for a little bit. I'll have to move to a small sooner than I thought, but this is honestly just to give me shape and flatten my tummy when I wear tight shirts or dresses, not necessarily to waist train because waist training can be very dangerous. Overall I'm VERY pleased with my purchase!

I have ordered 4 different corsets and I can tell you by far this is the one with the best quality! The hooks are more sturdy than the other ones. Material is like of a wetsuit which is what you should look for in corsets like these, the other corsets I got were more Cotten/spandex material like. This corset does not stretch which is a pro. It's a bit thicker, But keeps your body in place, helps posture and doesn't give you rolls when you sit down, not that noticeable under clothing ethier. The other corsets I ordered before this one ran larger size. I ordered an XS on this one, I was able to squeeze but it's tight! I'm 5'3 120-130lbs

i really likes this product , it is good at supporting your back , i do not know if it exactly promotes an hour glass figure but it helps promote proper posture and will bring out the natural curves your body possesses. It did not make me sweat as much as my other waist trainer, because the material is different, and this is actually just a back brace being pitched as a hourglass body shaper. I have been using the product for 3 weeks not and have not noticed a large difference in my waist, but my back hurts less and i can keep a firmer belly when working out as this will remind you. i will update my review

I loved the red petticoat that I ordered. It is very fluffy but as far as sizing goes I would order a size up--the fit was snug.
