This trainer is awesome. In 20 days, I've lost a total of 2 inches from my waist. I sleep in it and wear it most of the day (I work from home). Most importantly, I work out in it. Working out is essential to actually losing inches and toning this area of the body. Before working out, I prep my stomach/waist area with an oil that I made that contains key essential oils that heats the skin to induce sweating, I then wrap my stomach with saran wrap and them top it with the trainer. I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it if you're using it in conjunction with an exercise routine.

Could be fuller, but I feel like it's a good value for the price and I plan to order many more dresses to go with it. Just took it out of the bag, so it may fill out more. I ordered ivory and plan to order more fun colors in the future.

Great skirts. I had no idea I was getting two so that was a nice surprise. Fit very well and made my 50's pinup dress perfect. The size was perfect for my build but I have a tiny waist and larger hips. You might need to go up a size if your waist is larger. I ordered mediums and usually wear 6-8-10 in pants.

Loved the price!!! My friend ordered one before me and told me to size up which I did since we both have full chests (I have a 38 DD) but a 30in waist and it fit perfectly! I'm hoping this vest brings my cup size down and skins my back fat. Preparing for summer 2017 already!

It was the perfect fit! Helps me sweat a lot during my works outs. What's great about it is that it is very good quality and the price is a plus! A similar seller sells this same vest for 70$. No thanks! I love my vest.
