i love ,love this i worked out for less than an hour and i had alot of sweat. its better if you get Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser and rub it around your stomach and wrap it with plastic wrap and work out with this vest on. i was dripping sweat everywhere.. I am 5'2 and i weight around 160 the large felt good around the breast area it was tight but the stomach area it was kinda loose. so i just ordered a medium. But yes i recommend this. I have seen a difference in my stomach. Drinks lots of water since you will sweat alot.

Should of orderd two sizes up. Product runs small so Measure yourself before ordering. Otherwise, the vest does it's job.

I found that the size chart is very accurate and i got the correct size. It is definitely recommended that you measure your waist and buy according to the size chart. The material is also very good quality and sturdy. Love it!

Very beautiful garment that does exactly what it's supposed to do. I didn't follow the size chart when picking out my size. I went by what other reviews said when they suggested you go a couple sizes up so you can be comfortable in your garment. I'm 5'3 194 lbs and I usually wear a large so I ordered the 3xl and it fits perfectly. Still snug enough to hold in all the lumps and bumps but I don't Feel like I'm suffocating in it. I can wear it all night. The straps adjust and can be worn racer back or taken off completely. I ordered the thong style much better quality and design for the price than other brands on the market
