I loved this waist trainer I just started waist training and omg I’m at a large and it’s been 7 hrs and I’m on my 2nd hook I will be purchasing a smaller size until I get to a small :) if ur doubting on buying this don’t buy it!!!

So I'm 5'5 Weight 216lbs waist 39 inchesPros: very comfortable, great quality, fast shipping, great back support.Cons: the sizing chart is all wrong and doesn't even mention a larger waist size in inches. According to it, I would have been maybe a 3xl. I got an 2xl to see and I can close it already. I should have gotten an XL instead. I will probably order the Xl soon and keep both. I've attached pics where you can see I closed it already on the last hook and the before and after.

I love this faja! It makes me look nice and snatched in sweater dresses without making it obvious that I have a faja. The two best parts is that its a full body, so you don't get a weird roll between your bra and the faja, and it has a closure at the bottom, so no need to take it off or maneuver at the bathroom. I love it, it is great for all day wear and it really looks great under anything :-D

First of all GET YOUR REAL SIZE, bought mine a size smaller thinking I can get into it and had to loose weight for it, so its true to its chart, measure your tummy. At first you will feel too tight like you can't breath, you will breath. Does make a difference on the way your clothes will look. Make sure you wear a tank top under (between trainer and skin) I didn't and because of sweat got stuck when I pulled it off got like 2 blister size of skin off (totally my fault) and I wear one on top to minimize the wires showing. Started on the first row of hooks now on the last one after 3 weeks of just wearing for work.Height 5'0Weight when I started wearing 155 lbsSize XL

I’m 5’1, and all my 135 lbs are in my always bloated belly. On my worst days I’m asked if I’m pregnant a lot. This shaper was 100 TIMES better than any of the 3 Spanx I’ve purchased and regretted, this one actually works. You don’t realize you aren’t breathing until you roll it up to use the bathroom for the first time, only then do you feel uncomfortable for the rest of the night.
