I'm 5'4 135 lbs. I usually order a medium but after reading the reviews I decided to order a large. This is the best body shaper i ever had and the cheapest price. I usually spend $80 or more. On the downside, the thinv is really uncomfortable. But with adjustments, it's manageable.

I love this vest. I have purchased NUMEROUS waste trainers and waste belts to help me sweat and this one is by far the best. I just got it today and I put in on and got in my car to run an errand and instantly started sweating. I work from home and have had it on for about 3 hours and started sweating as im sitting at my desk working. So far this vest is THEBOMB.COM........I highly recomment this vest.

Love it! I wear it all the time and it works great! Probably the best quality waist trainer you will find on amazon for sure! I do recommend measuring yourself and starting at your actual waist size, NOT smaller, if it doesn't fit your fat will bulge out. I will be ordering from them again when I need a smaller size!

Long had I suffered in overly long, ill-fitting corsets before discovering this little gem. Especially for the price, you can't beat it! Wonderful for waist-training and super comfortable. Just make sure you don't tie the laces around your waist before lacing. Re-lace the corset with shorter ribbons if you have to, but don't loop it around your waist to tighten because it will compromise the integrity of the busk.
