So i realize I'm fatter than I thought. Got my waist measure at 29 in February so I got the medium. On the last hook its super tight. Im scared to measure again. However the material is thick and smooth but very easy to hide underneath clothing. Bending is a little weird at first but I got used to it. I love it

love this but it is a bit too small, and I am a medium. I bought a medium size because I have others that are in medium but this one didnt fit me in medium. I still love it it just runs a little small for me.

Quality! I love this corset. I have been doing Ren Fair for many years and know a good corset when I put it on. This is the real deal! The boning is metal and is very strong. It holds my posture beautifully. Order your true waist size. I ordered a 28 which is my size and the corset fit, but has lots of room to tighten. I love it because I work in an office and am always slouching in my desk. I can relax and just let the corset hold me up. I am training for a smaller waist. I wore it 4 hours yesterday and am going a full 8 today. They are not as uncomfortable as they look. The satin is good quality, but what sets it aside is all the boning, wonderful! Remember to wear a camisole under the corset so it doesn't pinch.

I'm simply amazed at the quality of product for this price and customer care. The very first day of usage I noticed how flat my upper abdominal section became. I'm 1 yr post-surgery and experience unexplained tissue swelling in that area. This belt gave me the much needed compression without the stress of putting on a full compression garment. I had issues with my initial order but my complaint was treated with the utmost professional urgency and a replacement product was sent. The quality is impeccable as the fabric did not irritate my skin, neither did I experience any discomfort in wearing the product for 6hrs or more. I literally wear it everyday, hours on end! Yes I'm also waist training with it!!! I've been through, expensive fajate, Anne cherry products looking for the compression that this low cost belt has given me. Wish I found it earlier! Sometimes you can pay less for no stress! It's worth every penny and the customer care service made me feel extra special.

I absolutely love it! I work out 4 to 5 days a week and this has made it quick and comfortable. I even wear it a couple hours a day when i'm not working out.The construction of MY belt is well done and fits perfectly with room to spare. I've purchase other waist trainers in the pass and this one seems to be my favorite at the moment. It's firm and targets the right areas needed for my workout. I'm 5'9 152 lbs size 4 if that helps with choice in picking sizes.

I love it. I bought mine a size too big to help me transition from my postpartum belly to the body I had before. I was a little skeptical because I had a cesarean but my doctor urged compression wear so I went for it. Two weeks after giving birth and my belly is already flat again. I love it. Definitely takes some getting used to! Maybe try to wear it for an hour a day until you can handle it for longer. It takes practice! Great for my back! Helps with posture significantly too! Wish it was a little less visible under clothes, but overall super effective. I wear mine after wrapping my stomach in plastic wrap! Helps you sweat!
