  An extra perk is how it eliminates my lower back pain when I'm wearing it too.I'm not sure if it takes the pressure off my back or if by it correcting my posture that helps but whatever it's doing it works!The workout in this things is amazing too!!!!

  wore this under a 50s black dress. and i had red jewlery. I wore it to a wedding it was great. I got tons of comments. I really loved it it was super comfortable too.

  Very sturdy that’s for sure lol I’m tiny and this thing keeps me in place ...definitely helps me with my posture and i corset train my waist 8 hours a day.

  I had originally ordered a Medium but it was not a challenge so gonna return - too easy to get into the last set of hook&eye,the small fits me better so I am able to challenge myself thinking about buying a second one as a back up if this product holds up well after a month use and washing.love my waist trainer!

  Quality is great, not a cheaply feel (which is great). At first it seems as if it ain't going to fit but once you close it, doesn't bother me one bit, doesn't feel like it's suffocating me either. I'll come back to update my review after a while of using it.

  My waist is 31 and bought the large. Should've bought a medium. I can put it on the last clips already. But overall very comfortable and breathable.

  My waist is 34 in. I purchased a L and got to squeeze into the very last row. Thinking about exchanging for a M since I will need it eventually anyway. Has great flexibility and coverage for my long torso. Does generate some heat.

  I would buy this product again if I have to,It's exactly what I wanted and just simply perfect.Seen results just sleeping with it on,one night!!! I bet if I work out with it on more often I will see results extremely quick.

  It does run big. The dress is a 4x but I normally wear a 2x top and a size 16 pants. The petticoat I got was a 2x and it’s still a bit big. So they do run large. I should have gotten a 1x.
