So far so good! I could just manage to fasten the clasps with it tied tightly on my first try so I'm not sure if it's too big....but on my first day wearing it it was not painful and improved my posture and seemed to pull my ribs in. We will see how it goes. Now the challenge is to find clothes that conceal the laces. Any suggestions?

I read several reviews before deciding to purchase this waist trainer. I was not disappointed! I actually ordered one size smaller than recommended. For example, my waist size is 30 . It recommended for me to buy a Medium, but I actually purchased a Small. It's true what other women have wrote on here about it not fitting at first. BUT - you must loosen the ribbon on the back for you to get it to clasp in the front. Once clasped, you can pull the ribbons to adjust the tightness. You will need someone to help you get it on, unless you are flexible and can reach around the back to tighten the ribbons. The design is sturdy and it has some weight to it. It definitely forces you to sit up straight, which is a good thing because I suffer from poor posture. Overall, great product. I cannot wait to start seeing results.

I have been waist training on and off since the fall of last year. I have tried a few corsets from different places. Some were from expensive retailers. Others were not and were as cheap as $10-$20. The cheap corsets steel bones are made of cheap quality, hence the cheap price. They looked like coated silver plastic bones. The one I bought that was over $100, actually it was more like almost $200, was just too expensive for me to justify keeping it simply because a celebrity endorsed it. Surely there was a corset out there with the same quality at a reasonable price. FOUND IT! This one really holds it all in. The quality of the steel bones is perfect for the price. You don't need to pay over a $100 dollars for a good waist trainer. Trust me, you are simply paying for the name. I am restarting my waist training for six weeks, with moderate exercise and proper diet.

I'm 5'2 and 106 lbs and I got a small, this corset fits perfectly you have to adjust it of course but then you just simply pull the strings and it just wraps around you . There is a bit of extra string but I just wrap it around and tie it

OMG this is like exactly what it says there. I got it on time and it's been doing what it's supposed to do for me. I didn't have trouble using it at all and it's very comfortable.

I've never worn a corset before. But I like that you can put it on by yourself after the first measurement. But you just need a friend to help you size it in the back with the laces or you could estimate yourself and put it on alone, then remove if you need to resize. It's not too hot, breathable, strong, but flexible, and it holds in my tummy. it's helped me shrink from 32 waist to 30 in 2 weeks. I also lost 5 lbs cuz it squeezes my tummy.
