Two days in and I already and noticing a small change! I am build like a line backer so I have to ware it lower then my rib cage so it often pushes into my sides but it's only because I do not like it again my large ribs. Most of the time I forget I have it on and have to set a timer. I can't say how much I LOVE this product!!!!

OMG, this corset gives me a hour glass figure! It is made extremely well and the ties are not shoe strings. It looks very sexy and I can now wear tight fitting medium t-shirts with jeans for the first time in two years because it flattens the stomach area. It ensures good posture and eases back pain. I ordered a large, which is a size smaller than recommended since I am waist training, as well as exercising and dieting, so it will also fit when I lose more weight. I've lost 20 lbs. in the last 6 months and have 10 to 15 lbs. more to go. The corset fits comfortably expanded 5 inches with 1 inch to spare and it only took me a few minutes to put it on, i.e., I just sucked in to buckle up, which was after I adjusted the ties in the back. However, it does push up some upper back fat, so I am using hair extensions for extra length to cover up the problem area. In order to help others with this product, my current measurements are 42-34-42 (same with the corset on) and I am 5'5 at 176 lbs. This lovely corset has given me the motivation to tighten up my fitness plan because it makes me look hot and now I feel beautiful!

It is exactly what I expected and after 2 weeks I was able to fully tighten it. I have a 36 waist so I ordered the 32. I am already considering getting a 30 to further my waist training. Also, if you have back problems or need to work on your posture, this is the perfect buy!

Wow! I have lost an inch in one week. It IS tight but worth it. I wear it about 3 hours a day. First thing in the morning, with the corset on, I walk for 30 minutes, do some light exercise on my balance ball, and do a few things around the house. I remove the corset, shower, and get ready for work. When I get home in the evening, I put the corset back on (before eating!) and try to wear an hour and a half to two hours. You can wear it under your clothes or over your clothes. You eat less if you put the corset on prior to meals.

It's almost like wearing a retainer on your teeth to line them up. My curves are coming back. I can see my mid-section molding to the shape of the corset where my sides were just straight up and down. I also purchased the Ann Chery Deportiva Waist Cincher as an alternative to the more rigid feel of the corset.

Very good corset for a reasonable price. I haven't really worn it too much because it is a bit uncomfortable when you wear it for longer than 3 hours.

I bought the white one (which is the same as the black, but different from the red & black as other posters have mentioned). I would suggest instead of going with 5 inches smaller than your waist size, as is typical, go with more like 10 inches. I have a 37 waist and bought a 32 corset. BTW, 32 is their XXL size...don't know what planet the models for these are from...but don't freak when you get the package and assume you got the wrong one. (And certainly don't go by whatever clothing size you wear.) There is a panel that covers your skin beneath the lacing, which is probably 8 inches wide. When on, I have about two inches of that panel showing. Assuming over time this thing works, it shouldn't be all that long before I have to buy a smaller one. Word to the wise for this particular corset...take advantage of that panel and get a size 10 inches smaller than your waist.

Pros: Beautiful fabric; fairly easy to adjust the strings to the correct size; hooks seem to be good quality; corset appears very well made; quite comfortable

Cons: Could not create the shape pictured - not having a natural waist, which is what I wanted to create, the sides are pretty much just straight up and down and my fat gooshes out the bottom...I am hoping time will help; it's a chore to do up the hooks

This is a fabulous Corset its similar orchards corsets. It is strong, beautiful and all around everything you would expect in a training corset.

Please get a larger size, the cart is not correct. I got a medium and it was like a xs. Other then that it is awesome.

I am 5'7, 156 lbs and it was really small on me. I wanted so go smaller so I smaller so I could see more progress. Although it was too small i had to open the strings all the way to get it one and even then I was barely able to close it. It is not a easy corset to get on. I am trying to lose weight first and then I am going to try it one again. Good luck to anyone who wants to try corset training, make sure your patient with your corset and get a partner to help you out it one for the first week or so. :) Always remember ladies you are all beautiful and worthy of love.
