I love this thing! I haven't been using it for too long, just a couple days but I'm gonna get into it.
I have Amazon Prime (Thanks too school) so shipping was a breeze and it was everything I expected, I read a review that said order it as the size you wear and not by size chart. and that's what I did, and it fits perfectly! If you're not used to waist trainers, you might think it's tight and uncomfortable, but that is how it's supposed to feel. and this one is also extremely comfortable. (I usually wear it over an undershirt bc friction burns scare me) but it is soft on the inside if you're not worried about it. But I definitely think this was worth the money, well made, and it's working for me! However remember to wear them responsibly , you can find horror stories about them but that is because of the misuse of them! So ladies be safe, and look good!

This is exactly what I was looking for, and exactly as described. It fits perfectly using the sizing guide and is fairly easy to put on and remove. If you plan on wearing it during workouts, note that it is boned so you may not have the same flexibility, but it hasn'the been a hinderance for me. I recommend.

I am 5'10 and 200 lbs. I ordered an XL and it fits PERFECTLY. This gave me an immediate hourglass shape and I feel like it lifts and boosts your chest. I had no spillover underneath and it eliminated muffin top. I have a long torso, too. This thing is amazing. I will be ordering a second one.

Ok I ordered this last year in June and could not even stretch it past my chest. My boyfriend even tried to pull it closed and he could not. So it sat in my closet until 2 months ago. I lost 15 pounds through exercise and put it on. Yayyy it finally fit! I have been wearing it now for the past two months for 4-5 hours and take 2 days off during the week. My stomach is shaping nicely and fitting into clothes better. So don't give up on it if you can't fit it, lose the weight and then get it on and tone that stomach up.

Medium is perfect. A little hard to get on. Laid down and it went well. Very comfortable. Been wearing it for hours. I have a bad back and it also helps with that. I love this thing.

I ordered it a size down because I want it to fit tight and train my waist. I measured my waist and I am a 31 in the waist. The Medium says 26-27 . When I first attempted to put it on, the struggle was real. I finally got it on the very closets eyelets and it was super tight for the first hour. Then it got a tad more comfortable. I felt like it was doing its job and I could breath. So after wearing it a few days, I have become better at fastening it and I love it. I can move around in it. I even wore it to work one day. If you are not careful, you can tell it is under your clothes.

It's really comfortable and you can move around without a problem. I would purchase this product but a size M. The size L is a little big and doesn't sucks in as much I know the size M would be perfect. I am 5' 0 and weighing 134
