    Was skeptical about ordering this, but so glad I did! I'm on day 2 and can already see results! I wear it for 8 hours a day so far (Two 4 hour intervals). Bought it mainly to get back my flat tummy and lose baby weight I gained through pregnancy. After second day, I could start putting the hooks on to the second column. I'm usually a size M-L in shirts, 5ft 1in, 160 lbs, and measure 36 on my waist. I went for the 2XL which is 2 inches smaller than my waist. Broke a sweat putting it on, but it does it's job! Very pleased! (MEASURE FROM YOUR BELLYBUTTON TO GET ACCURATE WAIST SIZE).

    I weigh 162 and I'm 5'7, my waist measures 31 and I ordered a XXL (one size up like everyone told me) HOWEVER it was too big and I already had it as tight as it can go. Therefore I had to order another one but a XL. This product is great though. SUPER comfortable and WONDERFUL quality!!!

    I absolutely love my waist trainer! I've been searching for a nice waist trainer for months and was about to spend about $200 on the one Khloé Kardashian sported, but then I found this! It's so amazing. I'm 5'1 and 110 pounds so I ordered an extra small. It was definitely tight, but not impossible to put on. If you have bigger boobs, you may need to take your bra off before you put this on, then put your bra on afterwards. I did not smell any odor or find any fabric flaws as other costumers have reported. It's perfect!

    I am 5'3 and about 120lbs. I ordered a small, by day 2 I was on the second row. By the beginning of week 2, I could reach the third row BARELY. I've since reached third row (it has been about 3 weeks.) I hate to say it, but don't feel that it has actually made a difference-- I genuinely believe after so much wear the material just stretches.

    Great !! So worth it messure your wasit before and go with the size your wasit is given by the chart!! I wear mine 5-8 hours a day and see already improvement!! It makes me sweat too so I am also burning at the same time reducing my wasit size. Should get won't regret it.

    Definitely follow the size guidelines. I didn't the first time and I had to return the item for a different size. Now that I followed the guidelines, it fits perfectly. It is very secure and the material is great. You cannot see it under clothes. Amazing product for a great price.

    Fits great. In a week I am ready to go down to the next size as I wore it a lot. I wish I had tried this sooner after pregnancy than now. I think I threw something out of whack that has caused a lot of knee pain. I can exercise without pain now!

    Fast shipping (got it today, 3 day shipping), nothing fancy about the packaging which was fine with me and the hooks seem secure which can be a problem many so if you're looking for something cheaper that's still of great quality, this is it. Try your best to measure before ordering so you'll get something comfortable to wear enough to see eventually see. I'm 5'4 at 164 and got an XL and I could hook it by myself by the second time.
