It wasn't too hard to put on. I went according to the size chart and got an xl but I should have gotten a large.

I don’t like how it gaps up top. I guess the the chest area. It feels very durable.

Upon purchasing I read quite a few reviews and also measured myself according to the size chart. I should have went with what the size chart said but I read the review of someone who was of a similar size as me. I should have gotten the 2x but I bought the 3x instead. It does fit but I’m on the last set of hooks so I have no more room to tighten the waist trainer, I am about 5’8” and 175 to 180lbs. The thing that surprised me the most was how comfortable this was! I was able to sit, bend, and move around pretty easily which surprised me. The only complaint I had about the entire thing was the top didn’t fit as tight as the bottom so my shirts and stuff would get stuck in the top as I moved and I would have to pull my shirt out or you could tell what I was wearing. Overall it’s definitely worth a try and I really liked it.

Fits well I suggest getting your normal size first than sailing down when you get used to is

I loved it, it really was looking for this. Somehow you have to try to shape the body, and with exercise, healthy food is often not enough. I love taking care of myself.

I like corset kinda waist trainers. This doesn't crumble or crush up near the waist and has 3 different hook settings to shrink the size.

This shaper is great. Ans it’s really cute. I am 5’2 and short waisted so it hit at a jacket length. The fit across the chest and the waist was really accurate. I was debating between a 2XL and 3XL. I’m glad I went down to the 2XL.

I love the quality of the waist trainer! It feels fantastic and it's comfortable to wear for a long period. It holds up very well and doesn't fold or slide down. I would definitely recommend it, just buy it a size up.

A true waist trainer. Order based on the size in the product description. Overall very comfortable to wear. Fits just under the chest to the top of the waist. Easy to close. Would buy again.

I usually wear a large in clothing and bought an XL. It was TIGHT. I’m sure it’ll stretch over time, but I’d definitely recommend sizing up. It’s very comfortable and it’s helping with my posture and postpartum belly. I was worried it would roll when I sat.. nope! It’s perfect!

Love the length and comfort of this ; definitely size up a couple sizes from your shirt size.

I WEAR A 1x or XL IN CLOTHING JUST TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA ORDER AT LEAST 2 SIZES UP . I DID HAVE TO GIVE IT A NICE TUG 1 TIME ON EACH SIDE BUT ITS A PERFECT BUY . IT DOES STAY IN PLACE . BUY IT AND DONT THINK TWICE ABOUT IT .
