This is totally amazing! I ordered the XL and my waist measures 32-33 inches. I couldn't have gone a size down, and a size up would have been probably too big. The clasps are life savers and makes it very easy to zip. The corset itself is long, so it makes your entire torso fitted to the right shape, no weird bumps anywhere, and doesn't cause love handles. You cannot see this under a fitted shirt, unless maybe it's white and really thin. Overall for the price and the way it fits, amazing! It's strong material, doesn't hurt when wearing it, and stays in place. Oh and shirts don't ride up because of the material on the outside of this is a latex type material, so shirts stay down! Very important. I would highly recommend this item, you will not regret it. Just make sure to not try and size down, they already make them small because that's the main point of this item.

The best waist Trainer I've ever had. I have a 27 1/2 inch waist so I got a medium but I can already tell I'm going to have to get a small really soon. I am 15 days postpartum. Before I got pregnant I was 140 (I'm 5 2 ) I ended up being 183 and when I had my baby I was 176. I got a XL I'm usually a M. I tried it the first day postpartum and it did not fit at all probably cuz I just had a baby.. The a week later I was 167 and it fit! Tight, but it fit.. My skin feels a lot tighter after wearing it right now I'm down to 159

Just received my Cincher and I am LOVING IT!! It is a perfect fit and it does what it is suppose to do. It is comfortable, breathable and I can continue daily tasks without feeling uncomfortable.

This is a wonderful product. I love that I look so much smaller in it then without it. Yes, I know that means I need to work out but I'm just out of surgery and I didn't want to wear a bulky back brace. This works, just don't tell my doctor.
