I love it. Looks OK under my dress. Its comfortable and I probably could have went a size smaller. I'm 183 pounds and I am 5 7 I ordered a large and it fit very very great like it hugs in every position that I needed to and I will definitely be ordering the medium because like is that time. this photo was taken on February 5th 2016 and I did have my shaper on under my dress.

I absolutely LOVE this cincher!! I was very nervous ordering a XL due to what other reviewers were saying. I'm 5'7 at 179 lbs and thick so this worked out perfectly for me. There's just not enough good things to say about this. I haven't worked out in it yet but I wouldn't see why you couldn't.

Perfect item. Fits just a tad small so I can't wear it like I want. She goes to the gym with me and I walk around the house with it.

I'm very pleased with this product, I wore it for a few hours and it was snug & Comfy as I expected it to be. I'm 5'3, 150 lbs 34DD and I purchased the XL.

This product fits me perfect. I wear an xl in shirts so I order a 2x because I gain WEIGHT in my stomach area. I also hate my love handles!! But with this product it don't show my love handles and my stomach is flat up under this product! I love it I have a shape and with this product u can see my shape perfect no love handles or stomach!!! I'm so happy I plan on wearing it all day and at night take it off!!! It fit just right HAPPY I order a 2x

LOVE this waist trainer, a lot more comfortable than others I have tried. Material was not hot and bulky, couldn't see it under my workout attire. Would definitely buy again!!!!

I am totally new to the whole waist training thing. This is my first one and it is great. It is very comfortable u like other stories I have hears. The first day it was a bit tight but now I put it on with ease so may have to go smaller. I don't see the physical shrinkage in my waist but it does get loose. SO NOT sure if it's stretching or if it's working lol. I guess I would have to buy another to Compare. Other than that I think k it's great. Oh and I was able to work out in it. It hurt like hell it really keeps your core in and that was amazing

I love it. It doesn't hurt like one of my waist trainers do, and its not loose like my other waisted trainer. It fits just perfectly. I've been wearing mine everyday since it came in the mail and I can already tell I'm loosing inches.

This is a great product, it's durable and it was slightly tight but I got in it and had a wonderful shape in it! I highly recommend this!
