I've been using waist cinchers for the last two yrs after issues with a herniated lumbar disc and two bulges. Regular back braces can be ugly and rip the crap out of your clothing! These make for great support and a relatively smooth line under your cloths. It helps if you wear a silky cami or tank over the cincher before your tops esp with lightweight summer fabrics. Getting one that is vented (perforated) is a must; esp in Summer! If you don't you will sweat. My only disappointment is they do not dip in the front like a traditional corset to help flatten and support the lower tummy.

I like my waist trainer, just wished I order a size or 2 down. It's very comfortable and has some stretch, but I like it a bit tighter.

I love it its very thick sturdy and comfortable just what I was looking for and half the price of the luxx curves but just as effective. Im a size 8 and I ordered a xl it was a bit small but it was comfortable

I’m 140 lb and 5’2 tall measured 33 inch waist and size guide said I’m a 2xl but I read some of the reviews to buy two size smaller and I’m glad I did and got large instead . First time it was hard to get on but once I got some help I was able to be in the second hook . Next day I was able to be on the last hook . I wear it for about 10-12 hrs a day so far. My belly is not saggy jus a little pouch from having three babies so I suggest get 1-2 size smaller for better results. I like this one because I’m Asian and I have short torso of “9”inch. The waist trainer material is nice soft thick material. It also help with my posture. I hoping for good results and order a smaller one soon.

I am so impressed!!! I have ordered 3 different kinds of girdles/waist trainers/Fajas looking for specifically compression to my stomach area after a tummy tuck and lipo360. All of them through Amazon and they really were awful. A lady on a surgery page on FB recommended this one and I just got it in the mail today. Tried it on... and omg!!! The material is so thick and feel like quality. Because it was so good I did struggle a bit to bend the material to hook myself up but I’m loving it!!!! So happy I ran across that ladies review!! Sizing is accurate too. So follow the recommendations. I have a 29inch waist and my hips are 46inches. I also have a long torso but ordered the short torso in large and I’m on the second hook. May have been able to size down but that’s okay.

This is a great waist trainer if you have a short torso. I've had waist trainer so long I have to fold them. This one also has great strong boning.

This is my second waist trainer. Last time I bought the same brand but the longer one which was too long on me. I ended up purchasing this one and the length is so much better for me. I’m 5’2 and this one is perfect. However I ordered the size small which is not my right size I should of got a medium. I’m 146 pounds. As long as you get the correct size it’s perfect. I added a picture of the longer one next to this one so you can see size comparison.

I’m glad i purchased this waist trainer. I have a short torso and this fits perfect. It doesn’t fold in the back or the front like my old one. I’ve been having it for three days now and I’m in love with it. Oh and the prongs don’t hurt at all.

I loved the quality of the product however, it was too tight on me. I ordered a small and I should have ordered a large. I wanted a snug fit but I couldn't even close it at all. In 5'3 weighing a 189lbs. I would suggest following the sz cart.

I went one size under but because I am not aiming to lose weight it is too small. I will be exchanging for a larger size as it works wonderfully

Fits amazing! I always have a hard time finding correct size because I'm 5'0 and they are usually too long but this fits perfect.
