I was 5'1 and 170 when I bought the xlarge. It fit great and is helping wonderfully. I use Vicks wraps under it and a few days a week a corset. I've lost about since buying it and recently ordered a large. The only thing I don't like is it bunches in the back because of my curves. But still a great waist trainer for the price and easy to hide under clothing.

Fits as suggested by size chart. Good quality material. I dont wear enough to see results but when I do remember to put it on my posture while sitting improves and I'm comfortable.

I really love this Waist Trainer!!! I measurred my waist and I got one size smaller. I normally wear Large and Xtra large but I got. Large Waist trainer. At first it was very hard to put on but then after a few days of wearing it, I can put it on like nothing! Best 19 dollars ever spent!
