I love it ! At first I made the mistake of getting an XL and it was too small but then I returned it which was an easy process. I ordered the 2x and it fits waaaaay better ! It’s tight still but that’s what a waist trainer is suppose to do. It holds In all my fat which I love. It’s nice and thick and I can still breathe

Bought an XL and I wear a size 12/14 in jeans. It was a little tight at first but after using it a few times it was perfect. I even went down a loop after wearing for 1.5 weeks 3 hours a day. Durable, makes you sweat but the metal wire does hurt your back a bit if sitting for a prolonged period.

I am so excited to train my waist with this! It is high quality and very durable. I bought a size large and I am a size 15. I just got it today and it is very snug and comfortable but it took me 10 mins to get closed.

I bought 2X, waist 41in @189lbs, 5’4. I am very pleased with product after ordering multiple ones. Nurse so constantly moving n i didn’t have to shift nor did it roll down. It is tight but doable with first row. One thing I’ve seen on YouTube is to wear tank top then trainer over tank top to get better results. Will keep you informed when I get to the 2nd knotch

It might feel like it doesnt fit but you have to just do it one clip at a time. It will fit it's supposed to be tight and suck all the fat in I love it

I have a 40in waist so according to the chart I’m supposed to be a 5xl I know I wanted it tight and and to actually clinch my waist so I ordered 2 sizes smaller and went with a 3xl. When I first got it I thought no way, eventually with the help of my boyfriend I got it on and now I wear it with no problem. I love the curves it gives me and it’s not too short. Makes any dress look 10x’s better.
