I love this thing! When I first got it it was hard to buckle but after wearing it a couple times I Buckle it to the tightest one. I wear this to work (12+ hours a day) and I wear it when I work out in the mornings. Or when I longe around. I have seen a decrease in my waist size and my posture has gotten so much better. I sit all day at a desk so this really helps me not slump all day and my back feels so much better. 10/10 would recommend

Best waist trainer, especially for working out. Won't irritate skin and is just tight enough to train your waist comfortable. Can wear it under clothes, too. I just need an extra small now and they don't go that small.

I was looking to replace my old trainer and this one is perfect. I use this in conjunction with a latex trainer to achieve maximum results. This trainer has very sturdy hooks so it should last a good long time.

I absolutely love this waist trainer. I have had it less than a week and I am already on the third hook. I placed a order for a new one but one size smaller. I started out with a XXL and now I have ordered a XL. I weigh 193 and waist size started at 36 and now it’s a 35.
