I love this waist trainer. To me the measurement chart was accurate. I ordered a large and fits perfect. It’s actually even comfortable to me. I suggest following the sizing chart. The best thing about this waist trainer is that it isn’t heavy and it’s you can move around comfortably.

I’m happy with it. It’s supposed to fit right so I was expecting that. Not too sure about the effectiveness yet but I fee great when I wear it. Beware the hot pink though as it shows through clothing very easily.

At first I bought an xl , but that fit just a little to small so instead of returning it I kept it and ordered 2xl and it’s just right it’s on the first latch so there is room for Improvement I’ve only had it o for a couple days so I will give an updated review , material is and it Great it came fast , oh I’m 4’10 and I weight 180 lbs if it helps

Okay so, I measured out to be a size small but I decided to purchase an extra small for good measure. By any means I am extremely satisfied with this!! It's really good quality and true to size. I would recommend this because now I feel like a skinny queen

According to the measurements I should of gotten a medium but I ended up going with a small since thats usually the size shirt I wear. I am glad I did because right when I put it on I already had it at the tightest hooks. I love it, it fits great, the product is amazing, just kind of bummed I already have to go down a size.

Day 1 of wear: amazing! I was a little hesitant because of how right it was on the first set of hooks, but in getting it all hooked it feels like how others have described it is supposed to. It boosted my confidence already and is helping me with better posture! Bonus! I ordered a medium, I'm 5'5, 150 lbs and 34D.
I'm looking forward to using this often and hopefully getting to a smaller size in the future!
