Fast shipping. Im apple shaped so i carry most of my weight in my stomach and waist.Helped smoothed out my fat rolls so I look more flattering in my clothes. I was surprised that it helps with posture which is a good thing since I'm alittle top heavy causing years of bad posture.

I'm 5'4 161lbs and I decided to purchase a medium. It arrived fairly quickly.The quality of the fabric is better than expected. I didn't have any trouble with putting it on---most of my weight is in my thighs. Though it does fit a little snug on me, but I feel like it should. Can't wait to see how to works for me. It's my first waist trainer.

I wasn’t sure if I’d need a medium or a large but I’m glad I went a little smaller then I thought. Fits great. The quality is great. I just started wearing it and I immediately felt comfortable. It doesn’t feel like there’s too much pressure. I’ve already noticed within a week of wearing it that my back feels better and more supported. I really like that it corrects my posture. As for a flatter tummy I’m not sure yet, but the illusion of a flatter tummy makes me feel more confident whether that happens or not.

This is a really great trainer for the price. It’s extremelt sturdy and it gives me a wonderful shape. It helps my posture. It also gives me great form when I’m working out. Highly recommended!

This was a great purchase. I originally got. A 2x which was way too small. Exchanged that for a 3x and that was still small so ended up with a 4x finally (I’m 5’4”, 230lbs).

The first week I only wore it 3 out of 7 days and noticed a difference in my stomach. I don’t work out and hadn’t changed my diet but I wa sweating a lot in it. I lost 5 pounds in 7 days! My stomach seemed smaller in my shirts and it was such a good feeling. The next week I wore it 4/7 days and lost another 3lbs and 1/2 inch off my waist. I highly recommend measuring yourself with a tape measure to see what size you are and then going a size up. It comes a little small. But I’m already on the second hooks and am so happy with the results!!!

Only downfall is that I didn't listen to the reviews about ordering a size down. I will have to order a small soon but I love the fit and great quality. The pink also is very pretty in person. Unless you have a really really big stomach then you should size down. Just got it today and I am already comfortably on the 3rd row.

I have been wanting a waist trainer for awhile now but I didn’t want to pay $60+ dollars for my first one. So I found this and I love it! I read all of the reviews on here saying “to order up” and “Oder down” I winged it based off my clothing size and reviews. I ordered a Large. I’m 5’5 140 pounds and I wear a size M/L in shirts and 6 in jeans. Since my shirts are mostly medium I went with a Large. I read in someone’s reviews saying the medium was way too tight and who’s around my size so I went up to Large and it fis on the first row. I can’t wait for it to go down to the third!
