I bought a size medium, for my weight and height, they suggested an extra large, medium fits perfect. The only complaint I have is that it is like a regular course it, you get one hook in and the other one pops out, I have hooked them all together and pulled it up over my hips.

This diffenently holds in your waist! It looks good on. I brought the small, but returning it to get a medium. I’m 5’4 145 lbs it pushes up my poops to much. Medium will be better!

I didn't know what to expect, it was hard to put on the first time but after that it became very easy. It definitely holds you, but it allows for you to move around. I was surprised by how strong the material and hooks are. Will definitely get a second one
