I originally ordered a large after reading reviews and product specks. (Note I pick L first because of the measurements listed are for the PRODUCT not your size & though 2ins smaller then my waist would be very tight) I ended up returning it right after I tired it on it was VERY loose on top and I could fasten the second row. The point is to start at the furthest out and work inward. The medium came today and I right away thought

oh man now it is going to be too small no way I can fasten that.

Cartoon lady instruction on the bag swayed me to try anyway stating clearly that it should be hard to fasten at first...because that's the point it needs to be tight to work. Took me about 6min to fasten the first bottom hook but all the rest were nothing after that. I LOVE IT. I love the security, fabric , shape it gives fantastic. It's totally worth your money.

I normally wear a large in clothing, and that's the size I went with. It was hard to get on at first, but once on, it felt fine. The material is thick, and you can tell this trainer is well built. I only wear it a few hours a day, and am already seeing results. I did lots of research and looking around before purchasing this waist trainer.

For the price it is fantastic. The material feels expensive. The only thing I can put it on the thrid set of clasps already which makes be think I should have gotten a small. Im 5'4 and have a 31 inch waist. So dont size up, go with the chart

This waist trainer is awesome and really works. I'm almost having to buy a new one because it's been so effective. They do fit small however, so consider going a size or two up, depending on your waist shape.

The product came really fast. And it seems to be doing its job. Runs a little big, so I would suggest getting a size smaller than what the scale suggests. But great customer service. They emailed me a few days after I got the product just to see how satisfied I was. I will definitely be utilizing them again.

I am a crossdressing male and this made my figure look great. It doesn't show through the clothes/dresses I wear, but you really can't wear it under anything sheer. I've had it about two weeks and have worn it many times, even under my male clothes. I can actually tell my waist is changing. I went by the size chart listed and feel that is is accurate. I can see my/feel my waist starting to change. The shipping was fast and the product is of good quality.

I'm very impressed with this! It was a bit snug at first but that's expected for it is a corset , but after I got it hooked, the fabric stretches nicely and I can already feel my body starting to sweat! :)
I'm 5'1 , I weigh 182, I bought an XL, its on the last hook, it fits comfortable I thought at first it was too small but after getting it on, it fits comfortable.

i purchased this same exact waist trainer from another vendor but in a XL over time i made it to the third loop and now i purchased this one in a medium and im on the first loop. it was a struggle when i first put it on but it fits super snug. cant wait to see the results! the seller is amazing with communication and the shipping was fast.

I just received this product in the mail and so far I love it. It fits a little small but it's expected. I ordered a XS and I'm 5'4 140 pounds, only reason I ordered a XS because my last waist trainer started fitting loose so I had to order another size down. I can't wait to use this in the gym and start seeing results !
