    Im 5'3 and about 130 lbs. I got a medium and I'm currently on the first row of hooks. The material is very breathable and fits snug but definitely enough flex to give away. Im super stoked to start wearing this regularly for I have really bad posture.

    This waist trainer is amazing! It really tucks in everything you want to hide and is surprisingly comfortable compared to other intense spanx that I've worn and much more effective. It definitely makes me sit up straighter too and can be a little uncomfortable but that's to be expected when you wear one of these but it's well worth it because it gives me such a nice shape!

    I read some of the other reviews and went up a size, I'm normally a size XL, got the 2XL, and it fit just right. After a few times with it on, it is getting easier to put on and hopefully will be moving in to the next set of hooks soon. It is making me maintain a better posture, well as helping my abdiminal section. Hopefully will continue to have good results as I continue to wear it.

    Perfect, does what I want it to; however, I feel that the top is too small. May my ribs are weird and I have smaller under boob area. Its nice and works well just lose on the top.

    I've had this waist trainer for a week and it's great! I try to wear it everyday even just for a couple hours if I can. I've been wearing it when I clean or do housework, when I walk my dog, and whenever I work out. I ordered mine in a medium (I'm 5'3 125 lb) and it fits snug but just right. The material is good quality, and I like the ribbing on it. I'm on the middle row so far. I'm excited to see the results!
