Loved my clincher. It's so comfortable you ca wear it to work out and even to work and it's not noticeable under clothing. I am 5'2 and weight about 135lbs and I got the medium and fits great. definitely Measure yourself before ordering just to make sure you get the correct size I have a wide back so medium fits better then a small.

I got it today! It is more comfortable that I expected. I'm 6'3 tall, 39 inches in waist. I ordered XXL and fits perfect, I still have 2 rows of hooks left. I am able to wear it couple hours! I love it!!!!

Ladies keep in mind that this is stretchier material and similar to a corset so it helps your posture as well as tightens your lose stomach fat. It's meant to be tight but not unbreathable tight. It was perfect for me to run without my jiggles bothering me every couple of minutes. When you use it consistently your body will adjust to it. I ordered a XXL and I'm 5'7 and 180 lbs. On the first day I could not get it to cinch and hook together but after using it consistently (meaning wearing it for hours in a day, even slept with it a couple nights) within 3 days I was able to cinch it with the tightest hook. It's been a little less than 2 weeks and I'm graduating to a XL or L. I bought both to test it out.

I chose the size based on their chart and it fit me perfect! It's been a week since I got it and I'm already into the second row. Don't chose your size by the reviews make sure you measure your self and chose from their chart.

I didn't want to pay $100 for the other trainers I'd viewed online and decided to purchase this trainer. The quality far exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with the fit. I'm currently a size 16/5'4 and the 2XL is perfect (pulls me in with minimal discomfort). I truly could not believe the wonderful shape it gave me without pinching or suffocating my midsection. Very well made. I ordered a medium as per the chart and it was too small so I then ordered a large and I can get it on the very first row of hooks. It's pretty comfortable even though it's hard to sit down in. From what I've read it will stretch out so I am keeping the medium for when it stretches or I lose weight. Whichever happens first. I like the shape it gives me!

Great product. The material and bones do wear out after extended use. I was having to pull some of the stabilizers out that were poking through the material. Otherwise, it does make you sweat around the midsection.
