Everyone go based of the size chart, I'm a size 8 in pants and I got a large, still didn't fit.
But the quality is super good, and I love the color.

I was a little unsure of which size to start with when I originally placed the order. My measurements are waist 29 , chest (under breasts) 32 , and hips (not glutes) 35 . I decided to try a medium, but I could already wear it on the last setting. I notified this seller that I would need to exchange the product for a smaller size. They were extremely helpful and resolved every issue I had.The product is amazing and is made with high quality materials. I would highly recommend!

Just got it in the mail, great material and the size fit perfectly. I bought a medium and I thought it wasn't going to fit but after I put it on, I could still break and walk normally. Feels great on my posture! Will definitely buy again when I go down in size!

I like it. I am noticing changes, but I am not sure that is only because of the waist trainer. I am also eating better and working out. But the waist trainer has been fabulous for my posture and I will probably be purchasing the next size down shortly.

This waist trainer is by far the best I have owned. I have seen that some reviewer complain that it is loose at the top. Well, it is. But here is why I believe that is better. I have previously owned waist trainers that were very tight at the top. The created a deep bra line bulge in the back when wearing the trainer. I noticed that the bulge began to be more permanent and had to work really hard to get rid of it. I love that this waist trainer trains my waist and that's it. Couldn't have asked for better.

I originally ordered the 3XL according to the size chart provided but it was way too big. I will be returning that one but in the mean time I ordered the XL and it fits perfectly! I have a 37 inch waist 42 inch hip and I'm 5'3. I was worried about it being too long as I have a short torso but its the perfect length. It compresses without being too uncomfortable. It is comfortable enough to wear while working out and I lift weights, stair climb and run. I wear it around the house over a tank top and after an hour or so the tank top is soaked with sweat! I have definitely notice it reducing the water weight around my waist. It is a very high quality waist trainer that doesn't break the bank!
