I love this waist trainer!! It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but i feel it fitter better and better every time I wear it! I only wear it when I'm working out! I wouldn't recommend wearing it under clothes only because it's not slimming! So you can definitely see it over clothes!

Sizing was accurate. Adjustability is great. Also perfect for working out. Wear them on the treadmill to run and I can still breathe and keep core straight and tight. Already noticed a difference in belly size

I am new to this whole waist training thing, and this belt does not curl. It's very sturdy. I am actually confident enough to ear this to the gym and not have to worry about constantly adjusting it or making sure it does not roll up.
