Ladies this is tight so good luck pulling it on and off BUT that’s exactly what I wanted something to snatch my waist, I am very squared and want an hour glass figure and this was the product to do it!!! Well let me say that I am 5'7 and 135 pounds and i bought a small ! I'm not very thick but i had a kid 3 years ago and a c-section and my stomache just never looked the same . Its bloated and theres stubborn fat that always shows in whatever I'm wearing ... but THIS shapewear gave me my confidence back ! The first picture just shows me in a dress and the seamless hourglass shape it gave me ... it slimmed down that fat at the bottom of my back also so I look good from the side front and back !! Its not too tight , not uncomfortable, it doesnt get all gross and sweaty . The second picture shows my stomache sticking out of it so you can see what I deal with lol . But I love this !!!

I am 5’5 190 lbs 41 in waist and ordered a M knowing it was going to be super tight on me because I wanted it to suck everything in and it did! I had to wiggle and pull and jump around to squeeze in but I like how it looks. Doesn’t show through clothes. I got the thong one and put boy shorts over it. It’s uncomfortable to wear but that’s because I got a smaller size for it to fit tight. I’m sure a size large would’ve also been fine and more comfortable. Have not worn it out but wore it at home for about an hour and it was digging into my back a bit, probably would help if someone could pull it up. It was most difficult taking it off as it scrunched up around my hips and thighs cutting off circulation and considered cutting it off but a few minutes of sweating wiggling I got it off.

Very comfortable and good shapewear garment. I bought the nude boy short with hooks and zipper in XS. It is really easy to put on and I like the open boyshort, it’s more comfortable than a thong garment to me. I normally wear S and 4/6 in dresses and I’m very glad I sized down to an XS for the garment, I could even go another size smaller. I recommend sizing one size down than your normal size to get the shaping effect. I’m 5’8” 146lbs.

I'm 5'4 , 160lbs and i ordered a medium. I was a tight squeeze to get on but once on I love it. I probably should've have ordered a large SL it would be easier to get on but this works for now. Order a size up !

So I'm 5'9 and thick..my waist is around 38 .I bought the medium - the thong style..honestly I chanced it..after reading the reviews..and I'm glad I did.so it's a bit tough to get on ...the zipper is hell together up but when you do it's snatched heaven...it holds Everything in perfectly and does not push up your back fat like others do if your worried..if u sized up u would not get that look u want. Best shapewear ever...!!!

This product sucks you in tight, girl. Bought it for a jumpsuit I was wearing to my holiday party and oh my word. Pay attention to the sizing chart and don’t lie to yourself, I ordered a large and it’s a little tough to put on, but doable. Keeps ya slim all night and the thong piece unhooks for easy bathroom access. It’s lit.

Well...she’s on. I was right between an xsmall and a small because I fluctuate so much with my weight. I went with an xsmall (but I probably could’ve been more comfy in a small). It took 3 attempts and some sweat but now it is on. I’m definitely going to have to sleep with it on because who knows if i can get it back off! But man...do I look cute. My figure is so tiny in this thing. My waist looks to DIE FOR.

Order your comfy size, not your “on a good day” size. But definitely get it. For the sake of all of your cute dresses, buy it!

For the record, that photo makes it look like the shapewear is wrinkly underneath — it’s not. I just hadn’t zipped up the dress all the way.

I absolutely love this body shaper. My last photo is my without the body shaper on.It’s my first one ever. Okay so I’m 5’8 a very solid 180. I wear a 36DDD bra and 11/12 in pants. I’m 35 waist and 41 hips. The hardest part was getting a large over my butt. I’m “thick” or curvy body type. I had 3 c-sections and gained 40 pounds. I’m smaller in my midsection but I have an awful kangaroo pouch from 3 c- sections. This has momentarily given me my confidence back. - I highly recommend this body shaper!! Ok so if your tummy is like mine lay down and pull your bottom belly up lol sounds funny but it works. I may buy another one in a smaller size because the bottom after I get it over my butt is a bit big.

I went by reviews and ordered a Medium since everyone says it runs small. I usually get a small in waist trainers but this is more comfortable than your average waist trainer. I’m 135lbs, waist 30, hips 40 and a Medium is great. I dont like being too tight or uncomfortable or having back fat coming out from garment being too tight so this is perfect and holds in what i wanted. Highly recommend it

According to the sizing chart I should have ordered a large. I ordered a small and it completely got rid of my lower belly fat! I am a size 8 athletic build, 34d-30 in waist- 38 inch hips. I tend to keep a little lower belly fat at times and wanted something that would keep my stomach flat in dresses. With this on, my food baby will be concealed in those tight holiday dresses! The straps are nice and adjustable, and I appreciate the thong style and strap for easy restroom breaks. This is amazing and way better than the expensive popular brand!

The material does not feel cheap, it’s thick and supportive. My only issue is that it wrinkles a little bit at the waist, but may be due to sizing. Overall great quality and a good price.

I am a size 10, height is 5'5 and I weigh 168lbs and I bought a size 2XL.

I still have my mommy pouch on my stomach from having my daughter and it makes all dresses look awful on me.

My one concern with this product is that if you're not used to wearing a thong I would suggest getting the one that comes down like shorts.
