I thought I got the medium because that's the size I usually get in shirts and dresses but thank goodness I got the large. My advice is you get the next size up because the product does what it's supposed to and it's real tight.

Seriously buy this!!! So I've had about 4 different waist trainers and let me start but saying this is seriously the best even though I don't feel it's a waist trainer. This is something you wear with a little black dress. Most waist trainers show that you are wearing one. I don't think anyone can tell I am wearing it.
I am 5'4 170 pounds. My boobs are like a 38ddd my waist is about 30. So I got a M and I feel like I could have gone smaller. But this will definitely do for now. I'll probably buy the small later. This is super comfortable and easy to put on.
My other waist trainers are such a struggle and I always feel like I can't breathe or eat which is sometimes great.
I love the zipper. I love that it came with 2 different options for the hooks. I love that it goes up to my back to cover this awful back fat.
This is also a good reminder to stick to my diet. I will for sure buy the small and just keep the M because I don't feel like returning it.
The only thing I didn't like was the butt. I got this one thinking it was going to make my booty look a little bigger but it looks smaller lol and it covers your butt instead of going around it. It also isn't on my butt.

The product has a very thick material to it, its very well made. The only issue is that it's too hard to get on if you have wide hips. The garment sounded like it will rip if I continued to try to pull it up. Couldn't pull it down over shoulder either. I'm 5'5 165 my hips are 42 and my waist is 29 my busy is 40.

Love love this bodysuit

I'm in LOVE! After having a baby 6 months ago. My third c-section and then needing to have open hernia repair surgery 3 months after the baby I was feeling very insecure. This shaper deff help bust my spirits. I'm still very swollen after the hernia and looking forward to getting back in shape in the next 6 months.

The opening to use the bathroom is very open if your not comfortable with that wear panties OVER this shaper. Not too tight at all but deff sucks everything IN. I'll be wearing it all day tmrw at work.

Im a little heavy for my height so i needed something that I could wear everyday as a waist trainer and something that would make me look snug in a dress ( xs). This product was awesome! It fit as expected. I ordered a medium since i wear medium in tops. It was very snug but it slimmed me down alot.The thong part did feel a little unfortable but I think it was due to the fact that im not used to wearing one.

Don't play yourself. Lol. I see some comments of ladies that wasn't happy with their outcome. Don't order a large or xlarge when you wear a 3x!

I'm 5'8 42 38 46 and I am approximately 211 lbs. I ordered a size xl. I wear 2x shirt if I don't want it tight. I was tempted to get a large for maximum compression, but like I said don't play yourself .It was a TIGHT FIGHT but I won when I got that thing on! It smoothed me out to capacity. I put on a form fitting dress I ordered and I was SNATCHED back to 1999. Lol. It almost looked like I had lipo and butt injections but no need for that in my case.

The only con is that that thong is uncomfortable. They could have done without the snaps. I'm not going to unsnap it anyway.... just move it to the side-

Trying to write a review but all I can say is it was a long time coming I needed a tummy tuck but I couldn't afford it so instead I got this which is Affordable and oh my God it does what it says it does I love it love it love it. Plan to buy more.

I truly loved it but it didn't fit me it was to tight so I'm sending it back. . I'm 5'7 175 lbs I ordered me a Large but should of gone with an XL. Love the material it's not to thick it's just right for that extra skin lol Highly recommended it for all ladies ❤

Love it. I ordered an extra large but if i rlly wanted to be uncomfortable but hella slimming i would've ordered a large. Id be satisfied either way but i ordered this so i could wear it to work. It makes my boobs look nice too. My only complaint is that im 5' 7 and it really wants to give me a camel toe. It doesnt, but its a little bit painful at times. Its also really cute when ur undressing, looks like lingere in my opinion. Love it!

It's totally on the smaller side, I had to do a dance and get help to put it on, but once it was on, OMG i looked good!

Fits as expected which is snug to hold in all all the problem areas aka fat and jiggles that some of us ladies might have. Fabric is alittle hot but that's expected also. Color is black. Is not a thong but more of a brief . I recieved this for free in exchange for my honest opinion

Garment is very sturdy, holds everything in quite nicely. It does not stretch at all which is good b/c you don't want to be able to get lazy and let your stomach just poke out. With that being said, it will be a little tough to get on but when you finally do it is so worth breaking the sweat (you will probably break a sweat getting it on LOL). Anyway, I am 5'10 and about 200 lbs or so, I purchased in a size 2x/3x. It fit perfect. Photos attached for your reference. Can't go wrong with this garment. It is completely undetectable underneath clothing..... Slay ladies, Slay!

If you go by the chart you'll be fine. I uploaded pics every step of the way. I'm a size 11/13 and a l/xl top. 36H 5'0 185. Clearly I'm short and busty but this worked magic. I'm allergic to latex so this was a charm. The first pics I'm wearing the garment and I seem to be around a 9/10. I have muffin top and no butt so the pics where I'm wearing the dress are amazing as far as I'm concerned. The next 3 pics are as I remove it. The garment is tight but not uncomfortable. I got a XL but I think I would have been out of breath but more defined in a medium. The thong back and lower panel of the garment allow seamless transition. I got one by spanx but it gave me that muffin top-roll thing over my hips and thighs. This was much better. I've only had it on about 30 min but I plan to order more. The price wasn't bad and It arrived in two days. If you have a smaller top than bottom or appreciate more compression, go a size down from the chart. Everyone who says it's too small doesn't know how to wear these items clearly. I squeezed into the leg part, took a breath. Then you roll into the rest by pulling the garment up from the base and stretching. I would sacrifice comfort for beauty so I recommend this product.

I love this Shaper, it fits nice and tight and holds everything in. I love the fact that it is pretty much undetectable wen you wear it under your clothes. This product is pretty durable as well, after a few washes it still hasn't shrunk/stretch out or get that worn out look. I'm 150pds 5'4 and I ordered a small.

The only negative thing about this shaper is sometimes the thong part can get a little uncomfortable but that's nothing a little adjusting (of the straps or the hooks) can't fix.

I have a 2xl but I could have gotten the xl. It does run small so please go by size chart. I am a size 12/14 in jeans. Size 10 in dress. 33 inch waist. 194 lbs curvy. Mine has a thong back and I adore it to pieces. Took an inch off my waist and made my back smooth. Must buy. Cannot detect under tight dress very good quality adjustable straps.
