So I bought the thong style in large since I wear large in almost everything (even now in postpartum). When I first took it out of the bag, I thought it was going to be so tight on me, it looked small! But since it had a foul smell (fabric smell), I washed it. It didn’t shrink (air dried it) but the smell was gone! The struggle was putting it on, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be but because of the fabric, it gripped onto my skin as I pulled down, no pain though. Once on, it was sooooo comfortable! I did not feel it whatsoever throughout the night! If you have wide hips like me though, make sure to focus on that area when adjusting it. Overall I really like it, will definitely buy another later if needed!

I had to post this for others to see how much a difference this makes. For reference I’m 5’2 at 162lbs. I’m slowly losing weight and having this hanging mom tummy sucks. I’ll be wearing this and sizing down as I get to goal weight. I’ve had other shapers before but this is the best. It feels light weight, easy to take on and off. I love that it smooths the back too. Other shapers give me this crease. Thank fully I found this product!

Ordered 2 sizes up than I would usually buy stuff and it fits so good! 5'8 and chunky it hides my fupa and gives me a fat ass 10/10 recommend

You will notice sweat when you remove it, but otherwise its effective

I bought this to wear with my wedding dress I didn’t need a bar it gave me support and definitely does tummy control

I am getting surgery soon but am really insecure, these tremendously help now. Once I get my surgery I probably won’t need it but these are really worth it, maybe I got a size too small but it it’s very tightening and makes you like two sizes smaller!!

I ordered a Large. I am 5'3 and weighed 172 lbs at the time of my order. Large fir perfect. Was easy to get on. The only trouble I had was the crotch was too long as I am short I guess. so you could see the seams from the hole in the crotch through tighter clothing. I recently ordered the Medium at 167 lbs (as I am losing weight and am anticipating the next size down) It fit as well and the crotch wasn't too long like the large was. Medium was still easy to put on with a little more resistance than the large.the one problem I had with them shapers was the straps want to detach so I turned them over so the hooks face the opposite direction. Problem solved!

I take a size medium but found out this does fit snug so I ordered a large & it’s perfect. Flattens, is surprisingly comfortable and leaves No pantyylines.

These are great they keep everything tight and in place. But as any really good shape wear they’re not the most comfortable thing to wear, but considering how well they work the comfort could be worse! Overall very satisfied with this purchase!

A little bit annoyed that I listened to other peoples reviews about the size small being too small to pull up past her legs for that reason I sized up to medium and now it’s loose and I need to get the small i’d say go with your size

Holds my stomach in and flatten my out and push up my girls it's a little uncomfortable around the thighs. I like that there's a opening so you can go to the bathroom w/o having to taking the whole suit off

On the left are without the shapewear, right is with. I have returned every piece of shapewear I’ve ever bought, or lived to regret buying them. They pinch, they suffocate, they roll, they’re hot, they’re just not good.These are something different. They do the job of compressing, but I can still sit and move in them. The shorts do ride up a bit, but I don’t have a problem with that, because it doesn’t impact the silhouette. Easy to put on and take off. I am glad I bought these! I got XXL. I’m 5’6”, 185 lbs, 38 E bust. Waist is about 35”, hips about 45”. It doesn’t compress drastically, but I also didn’t want to go any smaller and feel too stuffed in.

I got a medium I’m usually a large 150lbs 5’3 and I’d say the medium fits like a smalllllll! Takes a while to get it on but after it’s on SO WORTH IT!!!! Buying again soon!
