i followed the size guide. imabout a 12-14 in pants and i got a large. fits perfectly and is honestly a lot more comfortable than i thought

My measurements are 36-33-36, and I went with an XL. It was relatively easy to put on (there was definitely still some work, I had a belly to contain), and didn’t take more than a few minutes. I tried a few different outfits over it, and was very pleased with the way my lumps and bumps seemed to smooth out and my clothes fell on me in a much nicer way.I don’t think I have advice for how to size when buying it, though I followed the provided size chart and it worked out. I bought the tan bodysuit with the zip up the front and shorts.

This shaper does wonders for a lumpy body! It holds me in better than any shaper I’ve tried. I highly recommend it!

This is made and fits like the spanx. Exact dupe! Highly recommend if you are looking to squeeze your self in to 2 sizes smaller than you are. Once one it’s very comfortable.

This item is greatly made, but I suggest you order a size bigger. I ordered a Large and X-Large (which I wear), and neither fit. Couldn't even pull them on.

5'6 180lbs 36g bra ordered xl. It fits great. Smoothes my bumps and has nice compression. Im glad the crotch clasp is adjustable or it wouldn't have fit.

Definitely does it’s job! Lol was hard to get over my hips but once it was on it held me in!

As the other reviews said, this is incredibly difficult to get on, so i definitely would not recommend sizing down, but once it’s on, it looks so smooth and flattering. I’m so happy.

So I took into account the reviews of this product going into my purchase and I’m glad I did. I ordered the size by my measurements and it was TIGHT to get on, like oh-my-god tight. But once I got it on, it did the job perfectly and it came off a lot easier. I don’t know if I could handle everyday use, but it suits my needs.

I've tried so many shaper brands/styles, I can't keep them straight. But this one?! This one is by far the best I've tried, and it deserves every star for its design/comfort/smoothing abilities. Thank you, SHAPERX!

Wow wow wow this Shapewear is made of great quality. The material is amazing Ok so I am returning but only because I didn’t realize I ordered the wrong thigh length I need the shirts this was regular bathing lair kind cut so exchanging for the right length

Really loved the product...it was made very well and the material is breathable. My problemWas in the sizing. I. Wear an Clyde in tops..as I am top heavy but these are way to small, I had to send the second one back and get another size as well....maybe I will get to wear it finally...also both times they sent me the wrong one...so we will see what happens next.
