Best shaper or post tummy tuck surgery. I first ordered a large and it was way too tight for my healing body. Love the corset hooks with the zipper, makes it much easier to get into. I’ve worn this without the straps, all I did was fold it down on the sides. I wear this pretty much 24-7, the only time I take it off is to shower. There’s hooks in the crotch to make bathroom use 10 times easier! Only thing I’d say, is to be careful when tugging on the lace, as it will rip. I now need a smaller size, going to try the nude color without the lace in a large. If it doesn’t work out I will definitely return for the black lace in a large!
The size chart is not accurate. I am a 31”waist and 37” hips (when I purchased the XL)

Ok sooo where do I begin...overall like the product to me it works yes! Fit good I weight 188 I’m 5’ 4” and I purchased a XL gave me a waist and also gives you a booty which I done have ITS A BOOGER TO GET IN but over pleased

I’m 5’8” and 135 pounds with an athletic body type so I wear shape wear to give me some more curves. I initially listened to reviews and ordered my true size which is a small and it was too loose to give me my desired effect. I sent it back for the x-small and it fit perfect. Once it’s on it’s super comfortable, I had it on all night and forgot it was even there.
I think the people saying it runs small either aren’t used to wearing shape wear or don’t know their true size. It’s supposed to be tight and hard to get on or it won’t hold everything in lol. If you’re not used to wearing shape wear order your true size but if you wear shapers on a regular or semi-regular basis order a size down or you won’t get your desired effect.

I love the material and it's very comfortable.I am 120 lbs and 5 2 I am not that big however I brought this shaper for back support and for my bodycon dresses that do show the imperfections I have

I lost some weight and a friend suggested a waist trainer. I used to buy a size smaller because they would stretch out but, since I havn't worn one in a long time I ordered a medium. I'm glad I did, no way in hell would i fit in a small. I like the material not to thick and not to thin. The shoulder straps are thick and comfortable and keep in from rolling down. It wasnt too bad to get in, I had to lay down and shoved my fat inside. Once on I had a muffin top on my back eww. But, I had extra material bunched up in the middle so I used a trick my Aunt told me : while standing I leaned forward half way like I was going tie my shoe without bending my legs I pushed some more of my fat in and pulled up the front as much as I could and its pulled up. I couldn't push the back up by my own so I needed my hubby to help pull it up then, I adjusted the straps and back fat gone. If you plan on using it for a special occasion you should probably wear it around for a couple days before to stretch it out a little. The crotch area can get uncomfortable if worn for a long time and but it's a thong and a girdle so its expected.
For me who hasn't worn one a long time made me look too skinny in the waist . I always have a muffin top because of my jelly belly so it was too obvious that I was wearing something underneath. Also I have wide shoulders so it gave me more of a football player look. Not the shapers fault I'm just built different i have no butt or hips. But in jean's and a looser top it looked fine. Just need to get used to seeing myself with a smaller waist.
Wearing this thing might help me lose even more weight when I eat, it makes me feel full way faster. I will definitely buy more in this size and I'm going to order a couple in size large so I can wear one while working out or doing housework and have a more relaxed.
All the negative reviews almost made me not want to buy this but Im glad I did.

This has exceeded my expectations! I have a lot of loose skin from losing a lot of weight and having three children. This smoothed my tummy out and made me look smaller.

I am 5'8 and 180lbs, and i got the size large.If you can get past it riding your lady parts i would recommend. Looked good in my pattern dresses and took off a few inches with my jeans. Very helpful sucking in my 3months post-partum body. I am worried that the straps wont last or the zipper might bust I'll update if this happens.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shaper. Of course every shaper is uncomfortable to an extent but this is the first one I’ve found I can wear for long periods of time. It doesn’t push all the fat up to your shoulder and create the dreaded backboob. It also looks awesome under everything I wear! I would suggest ordering a size up. I normally wear a Large shirt so I first ordered a large but had to return for an XL.

This product is exactly as pictured. Material is great. I ordered a small I’m 5’2 and 148lbs. I wanted to make sure it sucked it all in. Which as you can see it does. The thong does seem like it will chafe after short amount of wear. Trying to get this off was......a challenge to put it mildly. I thought I was gonna lose circulation to my lower half. Felt like a rubber band around my hips. I had a bit of anxiety thinking I may have to cut it off. But next role I’ll just have my husband help me lol. I am going to order the black one as well.

It did take Jesus and all his angels to help me get into this at first! This is amazing shaper! I would definitely go up a size from your normal size. I’m usually around a L/XL top. Measurements 44 33 50. I ordered the XL should have gotten the 2xl only because I have an hour glass figure as well as love handles so it kind of pushed my belly to the front. Then again I may just be bloated because it’s was that time of the month. I did what another reviewer done and sewed on some extra bra latches for comfort and it’s perfect. 10 more pounds of weight loss and this will be a perfect fit so i’m not returning. This corset is great for body cons and anything form fitting!! Oh yea and no back rolls when I say baby was fineee from the back!!

This girdle is everything! It gives me a flat tummy minus the sit-ups.

Love, love, LOVE this! This is the BOMB!!! I have tried so many different kinds of these and none of them come close to comparing to this one! I ordered the beige zipper style. I am normally a large but ordered an XLG. I am 5'4 and weight 165lbs. Fits well. Holds my tummy in making it smooth. Now I will be able to wear some shirts that I haven't been wearing due to the fact you could see my belly rolls through them. Not with this on! If you are stuck between 2 sizes just pick the bigger of the 2. That's what I did.

I lose half an inch everytime I wear it. Gives a nice curve but drink lots of water because you will sweat!

PERFECT. I bought the size M and it fits perfectly. Gave me a perfect shape, better than I was expecting.

THIS IS AMAZING!

I am a size 10, height is 5'5 and I weigh 168lbs and I bought a size 2XL.

I still have my mommy pouch on my stomach from having my daughter and it makes all dresses look awful on me.

However, this little life saver made a dramatic change to that. See the photos!

My one concern with this product is that if you're not used to wearing a thong I would suggest getting the one that comes down like shorts.

I bought two of these girdles and they are excellent, but the beige arrived without a bra and my wife will not be able to use it as well.
