I am 5’8 and weight 192. I am very pleased with this shaper. I would recommend buying it. I read all the reviews and most said it runs small. I decided to buy the XL. The fit it nice and not to tight (I might have been able to wear the L). Under the zipper it has hooks similar to a bra. I tried it under a thin cotton fitted dress and I felt like you could see it. However, when I tried it under my workout gear i looked incredible!! It is a thong and when sitting it is uncomfortable even of the last set of hooks.

At first I thought I couldn't dur it but then it fit like a dream! I am super satisfied.

This is thee best shaper ever! Indeed it is very right! But that is my incentive to drop a couple of pounds lol. I ordered a medium. I am around 175 lbs and 5 '2 and my belly and side handles are my problem, but this thing shapes it ALL!!
UPDATE: After trying it on again, I said to myself This is really tight, I can hardly breath lol. So I returned it and got a size Large. Much much better....it still does the trick!

This was perfect for my trip to Vegas. Mom of 2 belly but wanted to feel sexy. Def gave me the hour glass look I was going for But boy I didn't think I was going to be able to get out of by the end of the night. Thank goodness for the crotch hooks so I could go to the bathroom without fighting the shaper in the stall

Got my order in today and this fits amazing. I had a baby a year ago and suffer from adenomyosis and seperated abdominal muscles and loose skin (my baby was 10lbs!!). This has helped pull me in and smooth me out under tight fitting clothes. Huge confidence booster. I am 5'4 and around 170lbs. All my weight is in my belly and face. I ordered a large in the thong style and it fits perfectly. Isnt uncomfortable although i am wearing undies with it. Haha. Would definitely order again.

This is amazing!! I'm 5'7 and weigh 180.i ordered a X-large and it fits like a glove. Wore it under a little black dress for my birthday and it smoothed all the right places.

At first I was scared that this product would not fit. But when I received it I was happy to see that the material is latex and is very durable and will not stretch out. I am 5'5, 208 pounds and My measurements are 44,33,52. I am extremely bottom heavy which is why I was worried. I work out regularly and have a small waist so I wear a Medium size shirt. Which is why I ordered a size Medium Garment. I am very used to wearing waist trainers so it literally only took me 2 minutes to get it on, and one minute to take it off! I ordered the black Zipper shaper (the black bra in the photos is mines and did not come with the body shaper) A lot of people complain about the thong being uncomfortable for their long torso but a solution for that is to just buy a 2 hook bra extender that will latch in between the crotch area to extend the garment! Wearing underwear with the garment also makes it more comfortable. My before picture is the one of me sitting down in the grey Nike Leggings, and the following 3 photos are me with the garment. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I love how slim it makes me look, keeps me in and smooths out my tummy. Wore it under my bodysuit for a show I went to recently, it looked so good, I was getting compliments all night on my figure. It's a little difficult to get on and off but once you get the hang of it it's not too bad. You will also sweat a lot in it so be prepared. The thong part is a tiny bit annoying but I like that it doesn't smoosh my booty in and that it unhooks so I can pee easily. I'll probably buy another one when this one wears out because it has become a staple in my wardrobe.

As someone who had a baby a few short months ago and still struggling with a little extra belly skin/flab it's hard to feel confident in my old fitted clothes. This product is amazing and makes me feel confident again. I'm currently 5'7 157 lb pear shaped. I bought a medium (usual size for my tops). It's extremely hard to get on but once in it is comfortable and flattering. I had bought a couple belly wraps before and not happy with them. The others rolled, visible under clothing, and stretched a lot. I can tell this one will keep its shape and definitely doesn't roll.
Pros: comfort, flattering, adjustable straps (can be strapless, invisible under clothes)
Cons: extremely difficult to get on. Sweat a lot in it due to tightness and fabric.

Love this. Can't wait to use it under dresses this summer for weddings! Thank you for giving me back some confidence until I lose all the baby weight!

Works wonders and makes me feel more confident ... I struggle to lose the baby weight after a year and a half. This has no bones to stick your sides.. but a lil struggle to get into but it's worth it and very affordable. I am 5 7' and weighs 166lbs I bought the large first and then moved to a medium... my only dislike is that it is a thong other than that it's great

I purchased the shapewear with shorts for bottoms. It does not work miracles, but it definitely gets the job done! I followed the size chart and it fit perfectly. Although I did struggle to get my thighs through, the hooks helped my tummy stay in place and pull the zipper with ease. I didn't like that the back had an opening. For someone with a big butt, it did not flatter my bum well. That was my only complaint.

I thought I got the medium because that's the size I usually get in shirts and dresses but thank goodness I got the large. My advice is you get the next size up because the product does what it's supposed to and it's real tight.

The best shape wear I have ever had. I'm 5'9 260 pounds. I got the 2x I could have went down a size but it's ok the one I have is comfortable. This Shapeware sucks everything in all the right places!!!!!! I have no complaints it's not too tight in a slip right into it. Usually I have problems with Shapeware because the Thigh/panty area feels uncomfortable but this feels great.. I plan on buying a couple more of these. I brought the Shapeware with the shorts not the thong (before I wrote this review I wore the shaper for the day)

Even though it's a size too small it gets the job done. Just pay attention to the reviews and sizing chart. Ladies don't wait any longer it's a must have. Hands down the best company to purchase your order from. Love It!!

I liked this shapeware so much that I purchased two more for each of my sisters. It didn't cause me to over heat and sweat nor did I feel restricted. The thong portion rides up higher if you have a longer torso. To alleviate that problem, wearing full underwear or boy shorts underneath will be helpful.

I ordered a size smaller on purpose. The body shaper is extremely tight, I truly had to work miracles to get it on, lol the thong part is uncomfortable and the straps kept coming undone BUT it's all worth it because let me tell you, it sucks this fat all the way in! It's like getting instant lipo ( until you take it off)

Seriously buy this!!! So I've had about 4 different waist trainers and let me start but saying this is seriously the best even though I don't feel it's a waist trainer. This is something you wear with a little black dress. Most waist trainers show that you are wearing one. I don't think anyone can tell I am wearing it.
I am 5'4 170 pounds. My boobs are like a 38ddd my waist is about 30. So I got a M and I feel like I could have gone smaller. But this will definitely do for now. I'll probably buy the small later. This is super comfortable and easy to put on.
My other waist trainers are such a struggle and I always feel like I can't breathe or eat which is sometimes great.
I love the zipper. I love that it came with 2 different options for the hooks. I love that it goes up to my back to cover this awful back fat.
This is also a good reminder to stick to my diet. I will for sure buy the small and just keep the M because I don't feel like returning it.
The only thing I didn't like was the butt. I got this one thinking it was going to make my booty look a little bigger but it looks smaller lol and it covers your butt instead of going around it. It also isn't on my butt.

The product has a very thick material to it, its very well made. The only issue is that it's too hard to get on if you have wide hips. The garment sounded like it will rip if I continued to try to pull it up. Couldn't pull it down over shoulder either. I'm 5'5 165 my hips are 42 and my waist is 29 my busy is 40.

I'm in LOVE! After having a baby 6 months ago. My third c-section and then needing to have open hernia repair surgery 3 months after the baby I was feeling very insecure. This shaper deff help bust my spirits. I'm still very swollen after the hernia and looking forward to getting back in shape in the next 6 months.

The opening to use the bathroom is very open if your not comfortable with that wear panties OVER this shaper. Not too tight at all but deff sucks everything IN. I'll be wearing it all day tmrw at work.
