I don't know of a single female who doesn't want that hour glass shape. The nice thing about this waist belt is that you get the back support and the muffin control with the larger belt and the with the small you really get a good tummy control and the hour glass shape. This belt is very comfortable on. Since I had my daughter my back just hasn't felt right. It hurts a lot more now. I needed something to help me and help support my back. This product really does the trick. It is black in color and can be adjusted to your liking it can be made looser or tighter. It really helps with your posture too. I am known to slouch so this has helped me tremendously. It also helps suck my tummy in too so it's a double plus for me! I received this item for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Now I sweated putting this thing on. But it was definitely worth it after I got it on. It fits great it'll probably be better if you had somebody to help you get into it my midsection has definitely been one of my biggest problems. And as of the last two years I've gained a lot of weight just in my midsection only. So I'm hoping that this is going to do the trick and get my midsection back on the control and try to get those muscles tightened up. I may post some updated pictures maybe in the next couple of months just so that way then you can see the difference. I don't know if this will help you or not but I am 5'5 and I weigh 187 lbs my waist is a 33 my hips are 38.

Good quality ,'it was delivered a few days late but the wait was worth it ! I wore it all day today and I took it off and noticed my posture was so much better I'm 27 5'5' & 170pounds I bought a large and it fits good on the first row so far ! Good luck ladies

I bought this waist trainer in May. I didn't really know how to use it, so I would wear it to bed at night. After doing some research, I learned that beginners should only wear it for 2 hours at the most. So I immediately stopped wearing it to bed. I felt that two hours wasn't enough unless I worked out or went running. Then I began to go running. When I first put it on, I felt really self conscious about the way my back fat would lap over the waist trainer. I kept wearing it for the 3 days I would go running a week. After about three weeks of running, it wasn't so tight anymore and my back fat didn't stick out so I figured, its time to move to the second latch. I moved onto it, started running 4-5 days a week and within two weeks of that, I moved onto the third one. Now, the third one was really tight the first few days of wearing it, but I think the running helped me get used to it faster. I can definitely see the difference that this waist trainer has had on me. I started with a Large and I plan on coming back for a Medium very soon! For this of you who are beginning, don't harm yourself by excessively wearing it. Find ways you can wear it and sweat like crazy while u wear it. I put a plastic bag underneath and I sweat an unbelievable amount! If youre having second thoughts, just buy it! But please please, PLEASE, measure your waist and buy the correct size otherwise you will be disappointed.. Not because of the quality, but because of your own decisions. The bars did bend, but the bent into the form of my curves, which is something I'm pretty sure should happen. I definitely recommend this product! Good luck to anyone choosing to purchase this!(:

I think so far so good! Really beautiful! I'm not sure if it has effected me as this is day 2. But I've been rather consistent wearing it about 5 hours or maybe more! It's quite comfortable. I feel it has already helped and improved my posture. Helps keep me from slouching or hurting myself when lifting things. I notice only one negative which is obvious for this item, I have some trouble breathing with it on and a while after I take it off. But somehow it is comforting for me when it's on. Yes! I'll write an updated review when I see some results :)
