This fit perfectly under the dress I bought. It was a 1950's Retro Vintage Cap Sleeve Party Swing Dress. It was long enough but didn't stick out of the bottom of the dress. For me, the elastic wasn't super tight so it didn't bother me to have it on all day - sometimes they're so tight it prevents me from being comfortable that long.

I fell in love with this waist trainer. It did miracles even though I was not consistent in wearing and exercising. It could not be detected under my clothing. However it doesn't fit me anymore. I was 200 pounds and got a x large but put in mind I was 2months postpartum

The measurements were spot on! I wore mine under a dress I purchased off of Poshmark and it couldn't have been more perfect. I didn't find it to be scratchy or anything like I was afraid of, lol. I loved how it stuck out from the bottom just enough to get a peek of the color. It added a nice little pop of color to my black and white dress. Thank you for making a great, affordable, product!

It comes in different sizes to fit anyone's body shape, and the fit is as expected. My daughter is in marching band and has had lower back problems for awhile. We found this and it works well. It's velcro, so it's easy to put on. You just put it right over your clothes. It's not an uncomfortable wear, so you won't be bothered by it. The material is breathable and doesn't get too hot while wearing it. The straps are adjustable, so you can either tighten or loosen it, if need be. Since I had my daughter my back just hasn't felt right. It hurts a lot more now. I needed something to help me and help support my back. This product really does the trick. It is black in color and can be adjusted to your liking it can be made looser or tighter. It really helps with your posture too. I am known to slouch so this has helped me tremendously.
