It fits as i expected, I bought a medium size and i am 5'4, 170lbs with a size 23.5 waist. It gives me a nice comfortable squeez on the first row and the perfect squeez on the last row, which means i will have to order me a small pretty soon, but this should help me for the next 3 months. And also for the cheap price this is, the quality of the material is great.. This definitely deserves the 5 stars, no lie.

This is a great way to help get the waist I so desperately want back. Wearing this during the day is a lot more comfortable than I expected. This waist trainer is the perfect companion to my diet and exercises; and I'm all for any help I can get! Not to mention, this waist trimmer allows me to wear some outfits without a jacket or sweater because the unsightly extra stuff on me is being held in. Yep, holds it in while you're working to get rid of it. So, while I'm getting help reducing the size of my waist, I can wear the fashions I most enjoy without embarrassment or being terribly self aware of how I must look. This is a well made product that stays where it is supposed to; no slipping or edges folding. I hand wash it in the evening and let it dry overnight. Helps me to remember to stand up straight. It's my favorite waist trimmer to wear!!! If your wondering what type of waist trainer would be best for you, this is the one you need to seriously consider. I love it and from the improvement I'm noticing in my gradual returning waist, it loves me too! I received a sample of this product in exchange for my honest review.

The fabric is smooth and comfortable. I couldve gone for the M to get more compression but I was really searching for one that fit just right do excercise in or wear without having to struggle to breath. Really happy with this.

This is not my first waist trainer, but it MY FAVORITE. If i ever need to go down a size, I will be buying the next size down. This one is really a quality product. The fabric is great, gets a good sweat going, but is also cmofortable enough to sleep in (once you get used to it) I love how it makes me feel and gives me a confidence boost. It also works great with workouts to give an additional boost along with helping keep things in place. I love this product and I would recommend it! It is great. I never really thought it would really help me lose weight but it actually helps with my posture a lot and it holds my stomach in very well. I highly recommend this waist trainer especially at such a reasonable price. Excellent!

Great product!.. I'm normally size M (8-10) and I ordered M and it fits really well. I worn it just for one week and already I can see the result. I started from 2-3h a day (needed to get use to it) to almost 12h a day. My waist became visibly thinner and I'm very happy! I would recommend it to everyone.
