It is great. I never really thought it would really help me lose weight but it actually helps with my posture a lot and it holds my stomach in very well. I highly recommend this waist trainer especially at such a reasonable price. Excellent!

Great product!.. I'm normally size M (8-10) and I ordered M and it fits really well. I worn it just for one week and already I can see the result. I started from 2-3h a day (needed to get use to it) to almost 12h a day. My waist became visibly thinner and I'm very happy! I would recommend it to everyone.

This is thr third waist cincher I've purchased in the past month and the first that I haven't had to return because of it being too small. I always read the size chart carefully because I'm a curvy girl, but many sellers flat out lie when it comes to sizing. I'm a 16/18 and this cincher has plenty of room and is comfortable enough to wear all day with no problems. I hand wash it in the sink and hang it over the shower rod to air dry. I plan on buying two more so I can alternate wearing and washing them. I purchased this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. This is 100% my own personal opinion. I base my purchases on reviews of the product from others as well, so I know that honest and helpful reviews provide insight to the company and to the purchasers. For reference, I have a 35 waist. I chose the size option that included 35 as the minimum size. I could fasten it to the tightest set of rings, right off. The length is good for my 5'4 frame. As an added bonus, if I wear it a bit low, it offers some low back support. The fabric does not breathe terribly well, so you'll feel a bit sweaty when you take it off, but while you're wearing it, it doesn't give any ill effects. It gives a good shape through the waist and hips. Mine is a bit bulky at the top, under my breasts. If I wear a tank or something thin and stretchy, you can see the top edges of the waist trainer. Also, it pushes the wearer's bra and breasts up, which is nice when standing, but can be a bit awkward when sitting. Overall, this is a great product, a good combination of strength in body shaping and comfort. I highly recommend.

Good squeeze capabilities. I'm almost too fat to fit in mine. Squeezed me so hard I couldn't stand it very long. Should be fine if I loose a few lbs.
