I got this because I have been losing weight and the skin and muscles need to be tightened a little bit. This belt fits me really well and is comfortable to wear when I work out. I have also worn it under some of my dresses and it looked great. This gives me great support for my back also. The Velcro is very strong on this belt and once you put them where you want them they stay put until you move them. I have been wearing this belt for a little bit now and I can’t see a difference when I take it off, but it sure does help me when I am wearing it. I'm kind of in love with the waist training belt simply because the size is accurate. I have issues with getting sizes larger, sometimes way larger than my own because it is usually too small. I wear a L in shirts and float between an 8 - 10 in size. I'm on a low carb diet and I walk 5 miles a day. I figured the belt would help me sweat out some water weight while I walked/run daily. The belt fits around my waist just fine but then there is added supports, like extra bands that help give a custom fit to your body. I like this. The reason why, is because I find even my posture changes when I tighten it up with the extra straps. It is all velcro, so all you have to do is pull and rest it down on the other parts of the belt. As long as you aren't cutting your circulation off, it is hardly noticeable. I can peel this thing off after a forty minute walk and feel the burn ...well, see the sweat! Last year I lost half of my body weight, and let's just say now I have too much skin. I have been wearing different forms of compression to hold my skin in place. I really like this waist trimmer belt, it is very sturdy and does the job well. First you put it around your waist as tight as you like, then you take the two straps in the back and wrap them around you for an even tighter fit, which gives that hour glass shape that everyone loves. I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed it made my back feel. I ordered a 2X and for me this is true to size. You can't go wrong purchasing this item. Okay if your like me you probably are contemplating what size to get I ordered a 2XL I'm 5'5 200 pounds. I actually can fasten on the second set of snaps after 2 days of wearing it for about 2 hours a day. I'm very pleased with my purchase especially with the cheap price. The material is well designed and sturdy. Shipping was fast as well.

OMG! Let me first start off with saying I was skeptical about purchasing this at first bc of a few reviews, but I am so glad I went ahead and got it! My natural waist right above my belly button is 42/43ish and I'm 5ft even and weigh 199.8 I ordered a XXXXL/4X bc I wanted to start off with the first set of hooks (39.?inches) and I knew if I got the 4X it would be a bit tough at first to get it on lol but isn't that the whole point? To literally squeeze into it until you can work your way down to the 3rd set of hooks? Lol I had to literally lay on the bed and have my husband help me put it on but OMG I see major curves in my future! Plus I'm doing keto and intermittent fasting for weightloss (have lost 50 lbs in 2months now) So this was just what I needed to start corset training to get the shape I've always wanted! And let me tell ya being only 5ft my belly sticks out alot but as you can see in the picture this really holds everything in to where I can actually see my feet! Shipping was fast, I ordered it about a week ago and got it today, I will definitely be ordering more as I lose more weight until it's time to start using real lace up corsets!

I ordered a size up because of reviews. My goodness, it is so compressing! Getting it on is a pain (as with all shape wear), but once it's on, it is super comfortable and it REALLY holds it all in. I went down about two sizes when this was on. The only issue I have is that the underwear part kind of squishes the top of my butt down. But other than that, it's amazing. One other miraculous thing: absolutely zero spill over. No extra rolls coming up over the top or under the bottom, no muffin top or anything! This is the only shaper that I've ever owned that didn't lead to bulging somewhere!

Great fit, some of the hooks are poorly attached but workable. creates back fat where your bra and the top of the trainer meet. I am usually a size 10 ordered the M after 1 month was too lose buying a small. I have bought the breathable one love it
