I ordered a size up because of reviews. My goodness, it is so compressing! Getting it on is a pain (as with all shape wear), but once it's on, it is super comfortable and it REALLY holds it all in. I went down about two sizes when this was on. The only issue I have is that the underwear part kind of squishes the top of my butt down. But other than that, it's amazing. One other miraculous thing: absolutely zero spill over. No extra rolls coming up over the top or under the bottom, no muffin top or anything! This is the only shaper that I've ever owned that didn't lead to bulging somewhere!

It's totally on the smaller side, I had to do a dance and get help to put it on, but once it was on, OMG i looked good! Very comfortable after its on I'm 5'5 I weight 178 and I ordered a size large

I have had a couple waist trainers in the past, but this one is the most comfortable I have yet to own. The wrap goes around your waist and is secured with a large velcro band. Then there are two velcro straps that cinch your waist around the middle framing your waist into an hourglass shape. The velcro straps are large and when you lose weight, you will be able to wear the belt for a long time after. As soon as you put it on, you will see your waist appear more hourglass shaped. I love the immediate results. If you're looking for something to wear under you clothes and not be noticeable, this isn't the product for you. But for working out or just around the house or going on a jog, it's perfect! I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.

Amazing! I bought it to help with my posture as well as eating habits. Works really well; I wear it under everything and I get so many compliments on how I've been looking thinner ;) I'm 5 ft, 120lbs and I got a size medium. I hooked it on the first hook and feel that if I go any tighter on the hooks it'll be too tight, so definitely go 2 sizes up because the medium is perfect for when I'm planning on going tighter :)

Ordering an xs was a risk but worth it. It was so tight I had to start hooking from the top, bottom, and alternating the middle hooks. My tight clothes looked great over it!

I'm 5'4 137 , 3 weeks post baby and the size medium is a little tight but I am able to close it and it's pretty comfortable. You can easily wear this under clothing without making it noticeable that you're wearing a waist trainer.

I have had this for 1 week and I think this was a great buy. The build and materials used help keeps its shape without causing me pain or discomfort. I am able to sit and lay down without any restrictions. I am 5'3 145 and the medium fit great!
