I originally ordered a medium and my stomach was like, Bish!, Where?? So I returned it for a large! Firstly, the return was very simple and painless got my refund the next day. Now, about this waist trainer! I love it ' this my first WT and didn't know that to expect. I've ordered shapewear before however this is on a whole another level. I'm 5'7 177lbs and the large fits me perfectly! I consider myself to have an average size torso and it start right underneath my boobs and down to the start of my hips. My true waist is 32inches and with the waist trainer on I'm down to 30inches (can you say SNATCHED!) Another plus it helps terribly with my posture and it's mostly undetectable in most of my clothing !
