The fit is perfect and I was able to wear it for around 7 hours. It isn't as breathable as other corsets but it was comfortable all night. The sizing chart helped me get the correct size, highly recommended

I was interested in a waist trainer that was flexible, durable and did the job with a reasonable price. this exceeded my expectations. I was worried the size would not fit correctly but I followed the lover beauty chart and it was accurate. I have not worn it frequent enough to see results yet but it is everything I would like in a beginners waist trainer.. steel boned, latex, underbust with 3 sets of clasps. Comfortable but firm. Shipping was on time and I'm pleased with my purchase.

I am 5 ft 5 inches weighing 140 lbs. I have 30 inches waist and 34b bra size. I ordered the small despite other reviews saying that they fit smaller than expected . It is a little difficult to pull up over my thighs but once I get over my thighs it fits fine. It flattens by stomach by almost 2 inches as it fits tightly . I love the adjustable straps which lift my breasts even without a bra on.

Nice simple packaging and it's super sleek and comfortable. I've been iffy about wearing waist trainers but I figured I'd just go for it. I wear for a few hours and when I hit the gym. Great for support and it helps with my posture. I've only had it for almost two weeks but I like what I see so far!

I've had a lot of lower back pain and I wanted something to keep my posture while sitting (sitting hurts my lower back more, but what can you do?). Back braces can be very uncomfortable if you are wearing them all the time, but this is the opposite. It is very flexible but stiff at the same time, and is comfortable enough to wear to sleep. It has given me huge relief with my lower back. Update: check this out guys... I did a DEXA* body scan before I started wearing this, and a DEXA body scan less than a month after wearing this. I was not expecting to get a smaller waist because I wasn't wearing it a lot. I would mostly put it on when my back starts to hurt after sitting for too long, or after a hard workout and I need it to stabilize my back when I sleep. Anyway, look at the before and after pictures in just 3 weeks. Maybe it was because I am trying to cut BF% and am working out, maybe it's because this contraption is working. Note that I did lose 1% BF in the second scan. Look at the picture though- a bunch of fat has been pushed down from my waist down to my thighs. So there you go...proof that it works!
