    Fit is as expected, it is tight and you might need a little help getting in. But the waist trainer is breathable and not overly uncomfortable. It can be worn under clothes and is not visible in most occasions .

    I am 5’7” and 167 lbs and I ordered an xl. I could have potentially got away with a large but didn’t want to risk it. As soon as I got this item I was able to go straight to the middle hook. Currently trying to lose some tummy weight right now and I wear this for several hours a day before working out and I am comfortable all day long. I would recommend.

    I am a size 12 and bought the xl. It was too big- exchanged for the large and it fits perfect. I just received it so I’ve only worn it once. It was slightly uncomfortable at first, but hey, it’s a corset. I soon forgot about it and wore it for about 5 hours. I have to pull it ALL the way up under my bust otherwise it’s too long and pokes my leg when I sit ( and I have a very long torso). If you have a short torso, I would not recommend this one. I like mine and recommend it.

    I’m 5’7, 130 lbs with a 28in. waist and I ordered a S in the small torso waist trainer. I was difficult getting it on but it fits and breathes comfortably! I’ve had two waist trainers before but I found then to be very uncomfortable to spend long periods of time in. I’m still on the first hook but I can rest comfortably in this! Definitely recommend.

    So , its much smaller for a person with a small torso , VERY GOOD MATERIAL ! but I have a long torso & had gotten a S since the one I have already is M and is too big but I guess because of the different materials depends on the size so I will be returning this one and ordering a M .
