I've been looking for a product like this just to help certain flaws around my mid section. I received my item yesterday and wore it around the house for a few hours .It really compresses and shapes your tummy and waist for a smoother hour glass look. It doesnt show when you wear clothes over it, unlike some other products. Its comfortable and helps with your posture. I used it again this morning during my power walk and it stayed in place. This item is exactly what I've been looking for .Its just like the photo and way better in person. It's very very comfortable, great material, nicely made . I wear a medium and got a large based on my waste line that was recommended on the size chart. I highly recommend it. Thank you Yianna. Love it!

Size: 4XBreast size: 38 H6ft tallSo far, this has 5 stars from me overall! Per the advice from most other reviews, I sized up because of my large breasts. I was afraid I'd pop the zipper when I first put this on, but after I was able to zip up and adjust, I was fine. This holds them in great while doing cardio. You will sweat lots, so it serves its purpose very well! As for the things I will critique; this came having an awful smell. I had to air it out for a bit before I could tolerate the smell. I've noticed some other clothing from China having this smell over the last couple of years. I'm not sure if it's a flame retardant or something, but I've definitely noticed a strong smell coming from clothes when I purchase online. I wish the belt part went down lower. I have a very long torso and am 6 ft tall, so that probably won't be a problem for most women. The only other word of caution, is to make sure you place all of the velcro on the belt. At first, I had it where the velcro was hanging off a bit, and the velcro is so strong that it damaged my bottoms. I've only used this for one workout so far, so if there's any problems that come up, I'll mention it in an edit. Overall, I'd highly recommend this! I'd suggest looking through the pictures to find someone that is shaped similar to you, so that you get the proper size. I would have definitely gotten the wrong size if I didn't look through so many reviews and pics.Best of luck working out and sweating off those pounds!!!

It is a bit long, as it reaches my lower abs, however, it still fits nicely. I am 23 inches on the waist, and going to the third hooks still fit nicely. It was my first time using a latex waist trainer, it's not as stretchy and it's much harder to bend than the stretchy ones. It does make you sweat more though!
